This clean well-designed studio apartment had everything we needed for a three day stay. A very comfortable bed and huge shower were much appreciated. This is an excellent base for visiting Annecy and the surrounding area and there is easy access to a lakeside walk with bikes available to hire if required. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets were within easy reach and provided all you could want. We will certainly stay again if we are in the area.

We stayed for 6 nights in the Opale apartment. We enjoyed the balcony with views of the lake. The apartment was comfortable and functional (although it took us a while to find the instructions for using the combi oven etc - in the cupboard above the oven). The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very helpful. The location of the apartments was perfect for us - with the pedestrian and cycle path being just below the apartments. It is an easy (10 minute) walk to Sevrier where there is a café by the lake. The walk into Annecy was an approximately 35 minute enjoyable walk. There is also a good bus service along the main road at the front of the property. We were not aware of road noise but were glad to have the lake view and thus be on the other side of the property to the main road.

Everything about Cote Ouest Apartments is excellent. The property has been fitted and is maintained to a high standard. Furnishings, fittings and decor are beautiful. Karine is charming and helpful and plainly cares a lot for her property and her clients.
I have no hesitation in giving this lovely place 5 stars!

This apartment is clean and well located. The walking/bike path are very accessible. The service is good. There are bicycles available which was very nice. Our complaints were that the apartment we rented (Indigo) was on the street side of the building and it was very loud all night with traffic. The internet was sporadic and only ever worked for 1 device and there were 3 of us. This apartment is best for 2 people. A cot was supplied for our 3rd person but there was nowhere to put it except blocking the door or in the kitchen.

Very well thought out accommodation. Everything needed both in kitchen and additional items such as iron, hairdryer, DVD etc. Good welcome pack.

Superb apartment very close to the cycle track and a footpath which runs beside Lake Annecy. A wonderful area, local swimming in the lake and a supervised beach at Sevrier, boat trips around the lake from the beautiful town of Annecy at the head of the lake.

Whether was great even when it rained. The views of the alps was amazing, waking up to the mountains everyday. It was only a 40 minute walk to town or a 10 minute cycle. The hotel was very clean and great, if you did have any problems help was only a phone call, email or any social media message away. Free wifi was helpful too. If you do t want to go in to town there are many cycle paths that are literally out side the hotel that will take you around the lake and through the mountains. It was great to wake up to the views of the alps and to eat breakfast on the balcony.

Very good apartments close to Annecy, with immediate access to cycle path. Very well equipped with everything you might need for self catering. Comfortable sitting room if you are relaxing in. The apartment is fitted out with quality equipment so you should not want for anything. Would recommend second or third floor with lake view. Also our apartment had large dual aspect balcony. Each apartment had a secure car parking space.

Overall it's a good place to stay which is close to the beautiful lake and the room was big. The bed was quite small compared to the size of the room. But there is no reception area so you will need to read the email they sent to you before arrival, but actual I did not receive anything so I have to call them to enter my room which took me half an hour...

Comme nous avons laissé une des chambre pour un enfant les parents ont prit le canapé D'UN CONFORT EXÉCRABLE !!!!
