Was walking distance to park so that was convenient. Having your car parked and bags brought to to your room when it was available was also nice. We stayed in the empire rooms and the beds weren’t really made and the bath room was a bit dirty. Breakfast was delicious, it was a nice hotel and staff was amazing but I’m not sure if it was worth how much we paid. To get your luggage and car I think they need more staff there it was a bit chaotic when leaving

Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Facilities great. Only small thing is that water/tea were not replenished after used but rooms were clean, moderm and well equipped.

Overall the stay was good. I have been before and so knew what to expect. Breakfast buffet was new to me and of a good quality. You cannot add extras prior to arrival such as the Disney Luggage Express. This is not due to the hotel but booking via Expedia. When I tried to do this Expedia were not helpful. When I used the chat to contact the hotel for his and a room request I never got an answer. Again I am not sure this is the fault of the hotel. One point of feedback to the New York Hotel. On the day we left there was a conference for Coca Cola. We were unaware but saw evidence of a conference as we left for the Parks. We returned to collect luggage and were literally jumped on by security at the door. It was unfriendly and intimidating. We wanted to freshen up and grab a coffee etc prior to leaving. This was NOT an option and even popping to the toilet was something we felt we could not ask. We were escorted to collect the luggage and escorted back to the door by security and hotel staff. It was not the Disney Experience I wanted to leave with. There was no communication AT ALL on this. A simple polite message on dropping off the bags, an email as we checked in or a letter under the door would have sufficed. We would know the set up and arrived mentally prepared rather than collecting luggage feeling as if we were trespassing.

Loved the location just 10 minute walk to the parks. Loved the breakfast too, staff great. Could not fault this hotel.

Great location to walk to Disneyland Paris, and the train station is right in front, get the passes for the train and the multiple day passes for Disneyland and you can come and go as you please—Bonjour

Breakfast was not good, and in no way on par with a hotel room that costs what we spent. Food on the entire Disney park was terrible so maybe this is the norm, but still wasn’t impressed.

Close to the park…a short walk but easy. Loved the decor, but who doesn’t like Marvel super heros(;0). AND we love Disney in all things. Thanks

Really nice hotel walking distance to disneyland, really nice breakfast the only thing is room service food is so terrible, i ordered lasagna probably the worst lasagna i ever tasted,end up having upset stomach the next day. we werent able to go out to eat since its 11am and my son needs to sleep so we decided to order the room service food. Otherwise everything is ok.

Service you would expect from Disney. Fantastic room and Very close to the park

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Close to the parks. Would most definitely recommend.

It was good but the room are not too much big

Superb, couldn’t fault anything, staff attentive. Wish there was a buffet option in manhattan restaurant as choice of food was variable but not a major thing.

As the man of a 5 year old boy this was his dream come true so close to Disney and Disney springs wonderful staff friendly and helpful very clean and new

Poor service more frequently than not. Pools unsuitable for children (too deep). Very poor marvel experience for children which was the whole point of the visit. Very poor value for money. Davey Crocket was far better.

Great hotel clean and good location

This place is friggin awesome. I'm happy I went here and not the other ones. It's a lot nicer imo of the other Disney hotels around it, except for the big white one by the front entrance. But still, Marvel Hotel is awesome. We used the drawing room, the character room, the restaurants, the front desk, concierge. Everything! we had 3 rooms and they were all super cool and super fun. No regrets!
