Lovely hotel in a good position. Very good breakfast. Only downside was that bar and restaurant were shut on a Sunday - plenty of options within a five minute walk.

This property is great. The breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of food. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and has a public parking near by. The pedestrian street near the hotel makes it attractive. We booked 2 rooms with a connecting door. We felt like home.

Comfortable clean friendly hotel in a convenient location. Close to amenities. We had a one night stop over on the way to the alps. Family of four with two teens, it had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

no-so good because the water from the shower was leaking abundantly into the bathroom and outside the bathroom. We had to build a kind of dam with towels to try to contain the water (and it did not work very well). We kindly mentioned that at check-out, and the answer was : we know... This is not acceptable.

I really appreciate it the spacious rooms and the central location. Unfortunately we found a large piece of glass under the bed which means the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. If anyone had accidentally stepped on it, it would most likely have ended up in a trip to the hospital to get stitches. I showed it to the staff at the front desk and all I got was an “oh, I am sorry “.

Perfect hotel for champagne houses about 20-30 mins walk. Also the cathedral in 15 mins walk. Plenty of great restaurants, brasserries and coffee shops within 5 mins walking. Nice room sizes and nice rooftop bar/breakfast area.

Great hotel. Renovated as described. We had a family suite which was very comfortable for 3 adults. FANTASTIC location. 5 minute walk from Reims Centre train station. Just down the street from the famous Place d'Erlon which is full of food and shops. 10-15 minute walk to all the famous sites such as the Cathedra, Opera House, Place Royal... and major shopping district. Would definitely stay here again.

From the first warm welcome by reception staff to the final goodbye, our stay was just perfect. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was well organised, with staff checking and replenishing the tasty items on offer. This hotel is in an ideal location, short walk to the shops, restaurants, cathedral and station.

The hotel is in a great location It is just around the corner from the fabulous plaza full of bars and restaurants of every kind. The plaza is car free so very pleasant to dine outside. The car park beneath the hotel has very tight spaces but we managed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything! Great dinning options and close to all the sites. The rooms were good size and the bathroom was very big. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I definitely would stay here again! Also great view of the cathedral from the7th floor patio.
