The staff was nice and helpful. However, some guests smoked although it's not allowed. The smoke infiltrates underneath the door. When I arrived in the room the air had a smell of cigarettes. At midnight a man was by the emergency exit with the door open, smoking and talking loudly on the phone. There's no phone in the room and I had to deal with the situation myself, which is not safe. The room was clean but the air conditioning didn't work. I was obliged to open the double glazing window but the noise of the road was overwhelming. Overall, my stay was not pleasant and I didn't rest. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful and loved they had a shuttle free service to and from airport . Room was cozy and breakfast option .

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night since we had another flight the next day, we didn't realize that there was nothing nearby we were lucky that a place was open to go to dinner, in the room that was very small, there was only 1 towel, there was no shampoo or hand soap also the room had a bathroom smell, in the hallway the lights were always off it was dark we walked very carefully so as not to fall

I recently stayed at this hotel for a leisure trip before an early morning flight. I chose it primarily for its low price and scheduled shuttle service to the airport, but I regret that decision.
While the hotel's appearance was outdated yet acceptable, the major issue was the unpleasant smell coming from the restroom, which permeated the room. Initially, we hoped it was a temporary problem, so we opened the window for a couple of hours, but the odor lingered. Ultimately, I felt compelled to use the lobby restroom for personal hygiene and avoided the room's restroom altogether. I even tried blocking the gap under the bathroom door in an attempt to contain the smell.
To make matters worse, my wife spent the entire stay reminding me of my poor choice, joking about how I should have spent a little extra on a better hotel. If I had known about this experience, I would have gladly spent more. While the price was attractive, the discomfort overshadowed any benefits. I would not recommend this hotel for future stays, especially if cleanliness and comfort are priorities.

Stayed 1 night with my wife to catch a flight out of Orly. We've travelled quite a bit over the years and we ranked this hotel in our bottom 3 of all time. The hallways smell, the room is somtimy that looks like a prison cell, not to mention the odor of the bed cover. Paris really sucks when it comes to budget hotels.

The hotel is far from the airport. The free shuttle does not stop in front of the hotel, you have to walk a few blocks at 5am is not very safe.

This hotel is old and need renovation. The carpet is stinky, and the sheets and pillows are disgusting. The shower did not have shampoo, lotions neither blowdry. The breakfast did not offered any kind of protein. Also, the serving cafeteria was out of napkins, and they offered us toilet paper in a roll while they brough the napkins. All the staffs members were very nice and kind.
