The staff was very helpful in all meanings. Easy check-in and checkout. Always have someone at the front desk, and the location was awesome.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Great location within walking distance of the Louvre. Despite being in the heart of Paris, it was quiet enough outside to sleep with my windows open. Also, the price point was very reasonable. The best part, though, is the excellent customer service from the staff. When we checked out, the person on duty offered to carry our suitcases down the stairs for us. And when our arrival flight was diverted to NYC and delayed for 23 hours, they responded almost immediately to my Expedia message assuring me that they would hold my reservations and that our beds would be waiting for us when we arrived. If you are planning a trip to Paris, I highly recommend you get a room at the Hôtel Louvre Richelieu.

This hotel is ideally suited close to le Louvre, in a central location. We had a triple room and for Paris it was spacious. Plenty of excellent places to eat nearby and the receptionist even provided a list of recommended places close by. We were provided with a guide map of Paris on arrival and the nearby landmarks were all highlighted. Nothing was too much trouble and service was over what you would expect, even down to a knock on the door to see if we required a taxi as it was raining. I would recommend this hotel and we intend to return again next year

Nice hotel, the room is small buy it’s a good value for money, the area around the hotel is amazing (many monuments, shops, restaurants…) For a short stay I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Hotel Louvre Richelieu for 5 nights in Paris. The location was walkable to the Louvre and the Opera House. A short 5-minute walk and you are at the Metro Subway line M14, and one stop to Madeline will get you to other M-lines around the city. The staff speak both French and English which is helpful. The cleaning staff comes by every day and will exchange towels, make your bed, take the trash, plus restock your coffee, toilet paper, and other essentials such as leave clean expresso cups. We needed a taxi for an early departure and the desk attendants assisted with setting this up. There is a local boulangerie just down the street, as well as a beautiful flower shop with snacks and drinks. Many Parisians travel to this area for local Asian cuisine. The crowd is mid 20-30's. The bed was very comfortable (queen size, they call a double), and when my friend rolled over, i never felt the bed move. We stayed in late October when the nights were cool in the 50-60s and the day was in the 70s. The AC unit had a triangle with an exclamation point symbol, and never worked. Finally was told they shut AC off because others were using heat (mini split systems will only run on heat OR AC, not both). We opened our window to cool down the room, but the street noise is super loud. With windows closed, room is quiet. Would stay here again. NOTE: NO ELEVATOR!! YOU MUST CLIMB STAIRS!

The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the small touches, like complimentary coffee which made the experience feel even more special. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to major attractions yet nestled in a peaceful area.

Shower needs renovation

Love the accommodations. It’s just there’s no elevator for our heavy luggages.

We had a nice stay. Staff were very friendly and offered advice on transportation and dining options. Location was good, not too far of a walk from the Louvre and close to public transportation. One thing I would mention that wasn’t an issue for us was that there were a lot of stairs that we weren’t aware of when booking.

Hotel is located within a few blocks of le Louvre, Arc de Triomphe du Carousel, Place de la Concorde, and other attractions on the Rivre Droit. There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb at least 2 flights of stairs. While our room was pretty comfortable, the wash basin was very difficult to use and an unpleasant odor was present from time to time. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel’s location allowed us to walk almost everywhere from the Tour Eiffel to Sacre C’Oeur.

Great location

friendly staff. clean,modern, cozy room. A little hard to get in to check in upon arrival. Stay was nice though. Just a 10 min or so walk to The Louvre.

Smell weird

Wonderful boutique hotel in the best location. The manager and staff were extremely kind and helpful. Professional set up. The room was brand new and cozy, the bed heavenly, no noise coming through at all. Would highly recommended this little gem!

Looks great on the surface but the cleanliness is lacking. We found a take out container and shoe packaging under the bed. The shower was not clean and they didn’t refill the soap until we ran out. Worst was that when we pulled apart the duvet cover, we found someone else’s pee on the duvet. We let the staff know before we went out for the day. They put a new duvet cover onto the same dirty duvet and made the bed. When got back, we asked the front desk staff for a new comforter - they had to take one from another room. No tissues or free waters in rooms. No elevators (we were on 4th floor). Hot water runs out by around 8:30am. Pros are the showers are strong (while the hot water lasts) and there’s a fan and heater in the room on top of A/C. Location is convenient to the metro and lots food around till though bakeries and shops start to close around 8pm. Lots of restaurants nearby open late. Staff were very nice and friendly. Our room opened into interior so very quiet at night.
