Great place, the room we got was super cozy, well decorated and spacious for the 2 of us + our kid. Loads of small attentions : complimentary bottled water and treats, some coloring for the kid, it’s great. Would defo stay again. The outdoors pool is super nice with table and long chairs around to chill.

Exactly as advertised and quick efficient check in and out. If need parking that is free the train station car park is very close and worked well. Pool great to cool off and close to restaurants to eat.

We stayed in other Ibis Styles hotels before and this one was not a great experience. The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain.

Dirty on entrance with debris on floor. Lift was out of service, Room smelt musty, air conditioning did a banging noise and vibration all night, room dirty and very dusty. Staff struggled their shoulders when I ask to speak to a manager and no other rooms available. Breakfast was very basic. No shampoo/body wash in shower

Friendly staff. Location ok walking distance to shopping streets, restaurants and river. Cumbersome parking in other building. No space to park car on the street upon arrival/departure. Small rooms and very small bathroom. Hotel interior could use an update

Whilst the service was very good and the staff helpful and friendly the room was unclean. We were offered further alternative rooms but these were just as unclean. The floors look un-vacuumed and they were dusty. Given the current situation with the COVID pandemic, this was disappointing.

A great stop-over hotel for getting to the Alps. Clean,friendly and suitable for families - as long as the children are happy to share a double bed! Room quite cosy as had 2 double beds, with little room between the beds to move, but for one night this was manageable but not for a longer stay. Great location to walk into the town which was very pretty for Christmas. Plenty of choice for restaurants in the town but not serving until 7pm. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to the alps.
