Very convenient with bus and subway minutes away. Felt safe walking at night, very close to shopping including designer stores. Great Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, and a awesome Chinese noodle place around the corner. Walkable to the Louvre, and the Eiffel Tower. Our family of 4 had 2 adjacent rooms with extra door for privacy which is nice. The rooms are very clean. Very quiet. The receptionists were very friendly and spoke good English. The only thing that bothered us was the receptionist confirmed us that the breakfast was included in our room after asking multiple times so we went for breakfast almost every day. Then on the last day they showed us the bill and it had $360 on breakfast. They charged 88 Euros each time we had breakfast. What a shock!! I wouldn't think it's an issue with English or communication because they all speak English very well. I was misinformed either purposely or mistakenly. We would not eat breakfast there if we knew it costs us extra money. To be honest, the breakfast was ok but not great, definitely not worth the money they charged. We could get a nice breakfast for half the price steps away at any cafe! No wonder almost no one other than us was having breakfast there on the days we went! So make sure what your bookings include and stay away from their lame breakfast. For this reason, I would not stay there again.

Amazing stay and really friendly staff. Laureen was so helpful along with everyone else. The hotel is so close to the best shopping places and you can walk to them. The hotel is also super clean! I’ll definitely be going back.

The property was beautiful and our room was spacious for Paris standards. We particularly enjoyed the huge rainforest shower head and handheld option, as well as the towel warmer. One suggestion would be to get slightly larger nightstands with a drawer or shelf or some storage.

My wife and I stayed in Le Relais Madeleine for five nights in April 2024. We absolutely loved this wonderful Hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room, to the wonderful Staff, fantastic breakfast with fresh ingredients, and the location. We will always check this Hotel first when we visit Paris.

This is a little gem of a hotel! There’s no grand entrance, but filled with charm once inside. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed was wonderful with luxurious linens. The bathroom was a good size, with nice towels and amenities. The only thing I would change is the black shower head - it was a weird weak spray and difficult to get the shampoo out of my hair. Other than that everything was perfect!

once we decided which area of Paris we wanted to stay in, we went online and picked a hotel with a 4 or 5 star rating. We chose the Le Relais Madeleine. It was a blind choice, but we really picked a winner.
The staff - every one- over our 10 day staw were FANTASTIC!! Our room was quiet, clean adequate size and well updated.
We definitely will stay here again when we go to Paris in the future.

The staff were exceptional —very friendly, helped us with many of our travel plans of the city. The hotel was conveniently located. Easy to get to the metro. Nice restaurants in close proximity. The food at breakfast was very good. would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant property with reasonably large rooms good location, froendly staff and comfortable bed. . My only real complaint was the shower which was small fir a bigger guy amd had a half-glass panel that makes potent floor flooding possible. It is a mist spray shower which takes some getting used to. It would also be nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room, especially at check in. We didnt donthe breakfast which looked fairky standard for $20. We preferred to try the myriad local cafes.

Le Relais Madeleine is in a fantastic location, easy to walk to Opera, Place de la Concorde, metro's, buses, main shopping streets and restaurants. The room was small but very clean, comfortable and stylish. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included lots of fresh options the only downside was the breakfast room was in the basement - so it felt a bit dark and cramped, however the rest of the hotel was perfect and typically Parisian. Top marks for the location and front of house staff.
