My family and i stayed here for two nights. The room was surprisingly spacious with quite a large shower/bathroom. It was clean, had a fridge and microwave and surprisingly (again) really comfy beds....all in all, as a place to base ourselves whilst visiting Paris...excellent!

Hotel is nice, good size suite and it was quiet. Surrounding area was ok, not much in the immediate vicinity but a relatively short walk to the metro. Would stay here again.

Was about 20 minutes from the airport. Area looked very scary and out of the way with a market across the road in large car park and walking through there at night time had lots of rodents which thankfully were not seen in the hotel. Hotel tried to take a security deposit without notification from my card despite opting for pay at property which was stopped by my bank. although we checked in online we still had to wait in line to receive room key and then pay deposit on arrival. rom only had 3 towels although booked for 4 guests but was quickly resolved. Refreshments such as soups and drinks were available to purchase when kitchen was closed was €5 for a fanta. room was spacious enough for 4 and room had kettle and coffee maker but paper cups and not enough milk and sugar for more than 2 people. bottle of water was supplied. curtain divider in room was good. lifts were could comfortably fit 4 people and they were both working and quick. Metro was about a 10 minute walk which was surrounded by shops and restaurants. There is a large Supermarket within walking distance inside a shopping centre but the other shops in there looked abandoned. Wasn't the worst place to stay.

The hotel itself is okay, but the location and surroundings are terrible—unsafe and unpleasant-smelling. We have two kids with us, and it did not feel safe. There are homeless people everywhere, especially by the metro station. Metro station about 10 minutes walk. Across from the hotel, there is a parking lot full of old, parked cars where people live.

Hotel was fine and pretty much what you would expect from the chain however it is in a dodgy looking part of Paris and not really where i wanted to spend a lot of time We had no issues it was just a feeling at night when we were returning at night as we had to walk through some quiet, dark, rundown areas to get back to the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities you'd expect and was comfortable enough. Our room was huge which was a welcome bonus.

The hotel room is spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable. It is close to metro line with easy access to Paris city centre

Nice hotel, pity about the location, pretty scary if you're travelling with kids.

The hotel it’s self was average and okay, but the area around it was a bit sketchy. We went out to find something to eat and due to the homeless laying around and people of concern wondering around, we ended up returning to the hotel and ordering in. We did not feel safe walking down the street suggested by the hotel staff to find food, which not much was open and/or were serving food at the time anyways.

The staff were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable of what to do in Paris and how to get around. The room was nice and clean. The area is a bit dirty but it's safe and within walking distance to Metro Line 9.

Staff was very helpful with my luggage that was delivered by the airlines.

The staff was not welcoming from arrival. The hotel room was not well clean. The pictures are outdated and do not properly reflect how the property looks in 2024.

Horrible experience. The AC was not working at all even when we complained to the staff.

The bed was SO uncomfortable,hurt my back! I would like to complain about breakfast, I am so so unhappy about it and so angry to be honest, there was no eggs while we were there, and my son is celiac (gluten Free) so he could only have egg and beans! So it was so frustrating for us. It was a terrible stay and I would never come back to any of the Novotel Hotels. Also some of the staff were rude.

Staff was not addressing any queue on complaining he started taking guests from the queue. There were no enough coffee pods and water bottle was missed to be provided on the next day. Bit rude and unhelpful staff. Very weird location. Local market place and dirty ground in the night is the neighbourhood.

Hôtel and staff are really nice, breakfast is good, nothing to complain about the property. The area around the hotel is shady, and as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, you have to go hunting for a place where you will not end up regretting your dinner. But the hotel is clean, relatively soundproof and again the staff is really friendly.
