Excellent and friendly staff

Tolles Hotel, schöne Lage. Hervorragender Wellnessbereich. Leider ist das Servicepersonal einem 5 Sterne Haus nicht würdig. Bei der Frage nach der offerierten Ladestation wird der Gast aufgefordert sich die ENBW App mit Vertragsabschluss herunterzuladen. Eine hauseigene Ladestation gibt es nicht. Hilfestellungen wurden nicht angeboten. Das Servicepersonal zum Frühstück ist launisch und teilweise unhöflich oder sprechen kein Deutsch oder Englisch. Oder vergessen die Bestellung. Daher schließe ich einen weiteren Besuch aus.

I would have liked to give a 5 star rating. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice. I booked this for my parents' wedding anniversary. I even called and emailed (from the US) to make sure that they had flowers in their room and that I was billed for them. I was billed for them but so were my parents. It took another phone call from my dad after he came home and talked to me to straighten it out. When they were at the hotel nobody could tell them where the flowers were coming from and he was presented with a bill. The other mishap was that the hotel room was freezing when they arrived. It took the staff several hours to correct it. My mother was packing to go home when the room finally got warm. As I said the room was beautiful but my parents were unable to turn off the bright bathroom light overnight. They asked staff and they told them that is impossible to turn off the light (Bathroom had a glass door!). I wanted them to have a special experience for their 50th wedding anniversary, especially since my mother had always talked about staying in your hotel, but I have to conclude that it was very disappointing. They did get reimbursed for the flowers in the end.

Wellnessbereich war gut. Leider war an beiden tage kein Aufguss da bzw. der Aufguss hatte keinen Duft (Orange war angekündigt). Da wäre es schön wenn immer was da wäre bzw. eine Auswahl vorhanden wäre.

Superschönes Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht. Der Spa-Bereich ist neu und modern. Die Zimmern sind sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Im Ganzen ist das Hotel auf jeden empfehlenswert für einen Erholungsurlaub.

Ein wohlfühlort zum genießen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Nur die Betten empfinde ich als zu weich. Alles andere ist mehr als überzeugend und sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Alles der Hammer !!!! Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit super Wellness und super Essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Hotel mit schön eingerichteten Zimmern, klasse Restaurant(s), sehr schönem Aussenpool und grandioser Aussicht in´s Tal Mir persönlich war die Matratze leider viel zu weich, daher leichter Abzug. Ansonsten perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Hotel in super Location. Das Frühstück war toll! Einziger negativer Punkt: Gebucht haben wir ein Comfort Apartment mit King-Bett. Leider kommentarlos erhalten haben wir ein Standardzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Schade.
