Front office staff were helpful. We had an early morning flight on 1st Jan, but the hotel arranged transport seamlessly. Room is comfortable & the adjoining restaurant (Taki taki) is good. This hotel is also quite close to the Memmingen airport

The staff from the hotel was friendly and helpful all the time. The description of the hotel is a little deceiving on regards to the parking, it made me believe parking was on site but it is not. It is near to the hotel but not on the hotel. An the hotel amenities made me believe it had laundry on site but instead this is a service you can add if needed so the hotel can do the laundry for you. Other than that, this hotel is a great option. It is on the middle of a beautiful German village with a lot of history and beautiful buildings. I have no regrets staying in this place.

Une seul personne a la réception, donc nous sommes 4 a faire la queue. Il arrive un cycliste, range son engin et va directement à la réception sans faire la queue. La réceptionniste accepte malgré notre protestation. Expérience très désagréable et incompréhensible. Il faut préciser que pour le reste la réceptionniste était très bien.

Nice place with perfect location in the city center. The staff was nice, the room was nice simple but comfortable. The mattresses are very soft. The sauna in hotel is exactly what you need after walking outside in this freezing cold weather. Unfortunately no bathrobe and no slippers in the room to use them in sauna.

All the staff were friendly and courteous. We arrived late due to a late flight and the person at the counter could not have been more helpful. He informed us since we were hungry and the restaurant nextdoor was closing soon to go eat right after check in and take our luggage to the room later and then go park our car.

Very nice stay in this centrally located hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast that was very good. Although not that important to us, the TV lacked English language programmes which seemed unusual for a hotel that was used by international guests. For a short break such as ours, we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. The taxi service from the airport into town is very poor and you can't guarantee readily finding a taxi when you arrive.
