Precise Resort Schwielowsee

Chosen for the pictures on the website, I had not understood correctly that this was truly a 'resort' - my bad I suppose. I was allocated a ground floor apartment quite a way from the hotel reception, which proved a little hard to find. Upon entering, I was not enamoured with the long shape of the room, nor by the many floor to ceiling windows, all of which looked out on a shared terrace area, where smokers meant I could not even open the windows on a hot afternoon. In addition, the air-con was not working. I waited for 30 minutes, without unpacking to see if the air-con could be fixed but it couldn't. I therefore left the room and went back to reception to demand a new room. I was allocated a disabled room in the main hotel, which was much better and I decided I could deal with the 'disabled features' of the room. I requested a kettle and a cup on 2 separate occasions and was finally delivered these. I opted for the buffet evening meal but, to be honest, I was shocked at the cost (€40) for the assortment and quality given. This was not worth it. After retiring to my room I noticed that there were cobwebs and spiders in every corner of the high-ceilinged room but I was just too exhausted to complain about this too. The air-con in this room was also only mediocre. Wi-Fi was an OK speed, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast the next morning was a massive 'free for all' and not that good. I won't choose to stay here again.

I love the property, everything was excellent

I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left

Staff disorganised and not too friendly. Was given conflicting information by several staff members regarding pool policy etc. Not flexible when it comes to later check out.

great resort. paradise location. freindly and willing to help staff.ood WIFI throughout the resort. A bit old in room furnitures , yet extremely well maintained. Air condition is not that efficient and it could be of a problem in extremely hot days especially in the upper floor of the buildings.

Room was large and the view from the balcony of the river was great!

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. To begin, when we arrived around 6pm, they couldn’t find our hotels.com reservation and made us wait over an hour before checking in. Then they gave us a twin room even though we had booked and paid for a double. When I went downstairs to the front desk to point this out nicely, they were uncommunicative, rude and dismissive. They switched us to another room nearby which was FULL OF SPIDERS. Oh, and did I mention that the air conditioning didn’t work, the key card system was new and didn’t work, and there was only one restaurant which only serves buffet? Worst night of sleep I have had in a hotel. Please, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. The hotel management here is lax and uncaring.

Amazing and beautiful location. Even the photos online are true. We had a beautiful room with lake view. Since the bathroom was huge they could have put in a big bath tub we only had a shower although that was great. Our weather was perfect. The breakfast was very good. We are one dinner that was a buffet and thought it was also very good. We rented bikes one day from the hotel and enjoyed riding around the lake and town of Werder which is fabulous. Did not try the spa but did enjoy the pool. Wish they had tennis courts because I think that would be a great addition to the activities you can do there. You can also rent a small cabin or larger home on the property. I had no idea. It was also dog friendly which is wonderful for this traveling with pets. It looked very kid friendly too and the parents seemed happy to have their children with them. Would happily return for another visit and will recommend to many.

Værelserne er fine, interiører er gammelt og nogle elementer er rimelig slidte. Restaurant er meget over priset, kvaliteten er langt fra tilsvarende. Konstant mangel på tallerkener og andet service. Både morgenmad og aftensmad buffet anbefales ikke. Medarbejderne er sjuskede, krøllede skjorter, ikke sat hår og kamp sveder.

Wir fanden es super..nur der Spa Bereich lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig um wirklich zu entspannen. Teilweise keine Handtücher und auch keiner Personal da. Einer der Gäste ist dann einfach an die Schränke und hat Handtücher gesucht und gefunden.. der Ruheraum der Sauna ist nicht im Saunabereich was dazu führt das man durch die Poolanlage gehen muss um dahin zu kommen. Das ist dort aber sehr sehr laut und damit wenig entspannend. Wenn man dann wieder in die Sauna gehen will, muss man wieder durch die Poolanlage. Der Saunabereich lässt sich nicht verschließen zumindest geht die Tür zu dem Bereich immer auf und ist einsehbar. Die Reparatur scheint aber auch keinen zu interessieren. Leere Wasserflaschen im Ruhebereich werden entnommen, aber nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Wenn alle dann gibt es also nichts mehr. Hier im Spa ist der Service nicht angekommen. Der Rest des Hotels inkl dem Essen passen dazu nicht und sind wirklich vorzüglich...

Vi trodde att vi skulle åka till ett lyxigt hotell men det var ett ganska trött daterat hotell. Middagsbuffén var otroligt dålig och dyr. Spaavdelningen var också trött och bastun öppnade inte förrän kl 13.

Essen war eher teuer

Schönes helles Studio. Leider hat der Zimmerservice meine Zimmertür weit offen stehen lassen.

Dejligt ophold i skønne omgivelser. Vi havde en helt hytte for os selv med en fin balkon lige ud til legepladsen, hvor vores unger kunne fjolle rundt efter en lang dag i bilen. Der var legepirat, ballondyr og flot pool. Der manglede bedre tilbud til at spise god aftensmad. Buffeten i restauranten så ikke så god ud. Vi kørte på McD inde i byen:-). Der ligger også et pizzaria for enden af vejen. Hyggeligt sted til en overnatning eller to.

We had a great one night stay. The sofa bed for the kids weren’t great but other than that everything was good.

Das Zimmer war nahezu verseucht von großen und unendlich vielen Spinnen. Nach eigenem Versuch die Spinnen zu entfernen, kamen immer neue nach, die aus Dehnungsspalten der Wände kamen, Spinnenweben hingen von Lampen, die Toilette war verdreckt. Wenn es ein Spinnenproblem gibt, sollte man die Fenster bei jeder Zimmerreinigung auch von außen putzen oder zumindest Insektengitter einbauen. Denn dort waren nicht zählbar viele Spinnen und Nester. Das Ersatzzimmer war ein Upgrade und deutliches Entgegenkommen des Resorts und des Personals. Aber selbst dort waren innen über den Fenstern Spinnen, bis auf eine größere sonst nur kleinere...
