The hotel is clean and the breakfast is delicious. The location is passed by the A21 bus from the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport express train station and to Tsim Tsa Sui. Close to Chinese food restaurants. Price is reasonable. Recommended for families.

The staff is not bad but not good either. No smile, no greetings. I do not understand why people said in their review that the staff is friendly? If you only need place to rest, it's good, room is clean, but if you wish for great hospitality from the staff. This is not the place.

The room was very nice, big than usual in Hongkong hotel in both bedroom and restrooms in the reasonable price. But the location its quite far from the city or tourist attractions. However, hotle have a shuttle bus service to MTR so it's quite convenient but around hotel area is still noting interesting. In addition many to the concierge if I'm not wrong his name is Drason (?) he's very kind and helpful for leading us to the bus stop and help us carrying the luggage. Thank you so mich for all the support!

This hotel has a good location. But the experience I had at this hotel is weird. Let 's say the good things first … the hotel is nice and clean, good service at front desk, good ambience. And the things I feel weird: 1. Book room for 2, but the breakfast is for 1.2. The toilet no air ventilation, if the toilet smells, it will smells all day. 3. The wall outlet is not international standard, if you ask for Adapter, they will ask you to buy … its expensive. That 's all, have a nice day.

(+) Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to Kwai Fong MTR. 10-minute walk from Tai Wo Hao MTR. Clean room (Dorsett standard)(-) no heater in the room. Even after switching off the air conditioner it is still cold 🥲. The pillows are too soft for me.

Air filter unit in the room is very dirty. Corridor can smell cigarette smoke. Luckily inside the room there is no smell of cigarette.

Highly Recommendable 🤗 Very Convenient as they offer free shuttle to the MTR station. Staffs were helpful Kudos to Nerissa (Front Office) Tony/Johnny(Concierge) and Wei (housekeeping) they are all professional and helpful.Rooms are as expected in the pictures they are clean and well maintained. Will definitely go back and recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4D/3N and I can rate the over-all service of 5/5. THANK YOU DORSETT! 💖

come to this hotel at 8 in the morning, plan to put luggage, ehh, offer an early check-in with Edwin Leo, no charge aka FREE ... then when you check out you can also leave your bag before you go to the airport, so you can take a walk first at hongkong without carrying big bags and suitcases ..

The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious. Rooms are not in the city center but there is a 15-minute motor station on foot or take the free hotel shuttle bus to the kwai fong mall which is integrated with stas. Or it could be to terterahat. This hotel car is on time 1 hour 1 time. So to explore Hong Kong is also easy. Overall the hotel is satisfying. Lazy rooms hotel clerk is not friendly. maybe because it's late too. Tomorrow, you will be friendly tomorrow.
