Superb hotel, strategic location

Good service from the staff. Clean room. Room size is just right.

Where is close to everywhere. Comfortable & clean room, cleaned everyday. Hotel staff is also very helpful, I arrived at 1 am and was helped to check in.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, near Mongkok MTR, you can walk to the hotel. There is a passenger pick-up point right in front of the hotel for those who want to call Uber. There is a local restaurant across the street.

The room is spacious for hongkong area. I've been stay for 4 days 3 nights. So clean. The staff is very helpful. There are pantry for refill your bottle and also coffee and tea self service for free. The location nearby mtr mongkok and takes around 15 mins by walking distance. The area also nearby with local food

The size of the room is a lot smaller then what's in the description. Location is a bit further. The front office could been more nicer. A simple thank you from them would be highly appreciated. Or patiently answering direction in details since I am foreigner, not a local! I will not ask any direction if I know the area, correct? I am paying with money to stay in this hotel, its not free. Their salary comes from the guest who staying in this hotel so being nice will not hurt, right? Even the housekeeping lady is a lot nicer than the front desk specially that guy with glasses 👎. The shower is on the right and the bathroom is on the left. You can't have a good shower because of the space. No space to put your luggage. The sink was clogged. The coffee machine in the lobby takes forever to fill a cup of coffee. With the price they offer and the rude front desk please you can find other hotel better somewhere else.

The location is quite strategic. The lobby is beautiful and looks classy, the staff is also friendly. The hotel also provides food such as bread, fruits, tea, coffee and juice every day, which you don't need to take the breakfast package because they are free for the guests. So far the facilities are okay. But the room? Extraordinarily small. For us, 3 people are very narrow. Where our luggage is also quite large and there are 3, there is no special place to put the suitcase. The toilet is also separated. The shower section on the left, the closet section on the right, if there is no water hose it really doesn't matter where it's near the shower, but this? The sink is outside near the bed. As a result, the floor of the room can be wet because it is not sealed. The trash can is also just inside the closet, so if you want to dispose of the trash, you have to throw it away. Really it's not efficient. The photo of the room looks great, but in reality it's not. I will never go back here. This room is suitable for 1-2 people, and only one suitcase.
