Fantastic Location! Except for a drive out of town to check out the Aurora, we walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location and we managed to get one of the free parking spaces which was a welcome surprise. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Reykjavík.

Great property, would stay again. We had 2 apartments, one for a group of 3 and one for a group of 4. The space/amenities were excellent. The apartment on the 3rd floor was much quieter than the one on the first floor. on the first floor, the street level noise was sleep disruptive at times but overall not too bad if you are used to some night time city noise.

Noise of vehicles as the room was facing a road. Also, could hear the footsteps and closing of doors. But comfortable beds, nice toilet, equipped kitchen with good sized round table with 4 chairs. Good WiFi and tv.

The location was perfect and the unit was very open and spacious. I wish the place had a coffee pot or any way to make coffee and the building outer door was very difficult to unlock. I would stay in this unit again.

The hotel fraudulently advertises that they have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. There is NO SHUTTEL and they refused to refund the cost of the room when I said I wanted to go elsewhere. Directions to the Rey Apt. were pathetic and we wandered around on the streets for an extended period of time trying to find the apt. bldg., all while lugging heavy luggage. I had to take a taxi to a bus station and then a bus to get to the airport. Getting bags up and down multiple flights of narrow steps due to no elevator was a nightmare. Most stressful hotel stay I have ever had.

Overall, it was a pretty good stay. The Rey apartments are situated right in the middle of downtown, which made it easy to get around.

Staff was great. Check in was easy and fast. Great location walkable to places. Only downfall was no lift available for luggages, limited parking and shower was leaking onyo the floor.

Central located, check in is a little strange since it is several blocks away. Check in was easy though. We rented a car because taxi is so expensive from the airport. Parking is a problem so we mostly walked, still much cheaper than two taxi rides.
