The staff were absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Very convenient location for resting before going to the airport. Great food and services within the hotel.

Beautiful brand new hotel near international airport with excellent facilities, dining and great service !

I absolutely loved staying at this Hotel. I arrived on my Birthday and at the check in, everyone was so welcoming. Vinaya went above and beyond to make sure I was getting an amazing room and also delivered a Happy Birthday Cake in the afternoon. I was having a very hard time with an emergency issue... I ended up stuck in India and alone for my Birthday. If it wasn't for all the love I got from all the incredible staff in this Hotel, it would have been a very sad day and stay. I also had a few incredible massages at the SPA by Santya(not sure if I spelled right) She has a darker uniform, the other ladies were in white. The Salon and Gym was also great. Breakfast is so delicious and the manager there was so loving and caring, just like the manager at the main lobby check in. She helped me with everything I needed with a lot of love too. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support on my turbulent stay in India! NAMASTE!!!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff and food were sublime. The attention to detail in the rooms was amazing like the choice of firm and soft pillows. The gym was pristine and had everything for my workout and the cleanliness was next level. A perfect stay!

Good, clean hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff both at the restaurant and front desk were very attentive and courteous. No shopping within walkable distance which makes the area less crowded and less noisy. A good stay overall. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was fine for overnight between flights but could be noisy at times with late arrivals from flights. Room quite tight but bed super comfortable and great linen and clean bathroom. Breakfast good but very busy. It’s not really like in the photos, especially not the pool. It’s more like a solid 4 star than a five star. Nothing like the Taj, Trident or Leela Palace hotels.

Stayed over to catch a morning flight from MUMBAI. Check in was smooth. Staff was very courteous and the bell boys were excellent in their professionalism. Corridors are fresh. If you are travelling with friends please make sure you request multiple rooms on the same floor due to the restriction using key card. Room comfortable. Apparently there are smoking rooms available for those who love nicotine. Took an Uber instead of the hotel taxi to CST airport. This hotel is great value for money compared to other branded hotels. Will Stay again.

Staff was not aware of my VIP access as it was not showing up on their system.

Lovey clean hotel, rooms very comfortable. Only recommended would be if they had more restaurants in the hotel.
