The property needs a lot of maintenence... it is currently a 2 star property, rules are ridiculous for foreign visitors. Wi fi in hotel sucks. It is not very clean. Manager Gulzar was very helpful, but rest of the staff was alright. Room keys don't work most of the time. The water was very dirty in the tub. Do not stay at this property if you have high expectations or if you are an international visitor.

The only reason I have been using this hotel for the last six years is that this hotel is close to friends & family that I visit. Otherwise, I won't go to this hotel. Over the years and especially in my most recent visit, this hotel has degraded quite a bit. I have found the interiors to be dusty and barely clean. The staff is uneven: Some people are good but a lot of service is really slow. The breaking point for me was that I had to ask three times for a laundry bag before they delivered. The facilities are outdated and in serious need for update. In particular, the bathrooms are quite small and give a claustrophobic sense. The breakfast buffet is below average and on one occasion, we found a hair in a curry that the hotel was very apologetic for. We have tolerated this hotel for quite some time due to it's convenient location. However, in this visit, they crossed a limit and going forward, I will be using a different hotel.

On a good note, the gym is absolutely amazing. Huge and a lot of equipment not available at other hotel gyms in Delhi. Nothing else in this hotel is positive, unfortunately. It smells unbelievably bad in public areas, although the stink thankfully doesn’t enter the room. Rooms are ok. Quite dirty and badly maintained. The worst thing, though, is the mismanagement. I stayed for 3 nights through an Expedia booking where I should pay at the hotel, but Expedia had my credit card for holding the room. The hotel charged the first night on my USA credit card, I think as a no-show because I checked in late due to a late-night flight. Then when I checked out they charged the 3 nights on my local credit card. So I ended up with a double charge. Calling Expedia, the hotel, and the credit card all got me nowhere, so I decided to book the hotel for another night on the next time I was flying through Delhi. This way I was able to speak to management in person, show them all the receipts and charges and they assured me that they would refund the double charge. Well, a month later, no refund…and no reply to my calls and messages. It’s pretty unbelievable. But you will understand if you book there.

Need more receptionists , always one person serving. Cleaners not leaving enough toilet rolls, shower gels, hand cream etc. Alway had to call for more. After staying 8 nights, needed to book 1 more night, was ripped off. No concession given.

The stay was average overall. The property certainly does not feel like a Five star property. Positives: 1) Staff was definitely very professional and friendly. 2) Food selection and quality was great. Negatives: 1) We were on the 9th floor and the room and the whole floor smelt like Sewer. We were given the option to change rooms but because the whole floor smelt bad, didnt seem reasonable. I asked for an air freshener in the room, but the staff refused to leave one in the room and would only allow someone to come and spray. 2) Beer bottle openers in the room did not function and took the staff over an hour to get bottle opener for the room. 3) Bathroom faucets and such were starting to show rust. 4) We returned from a wedding at 4am and the phone lines to the concierge were not functioning.
