With a price of 340 thousand, the lights are also dim from the lobby to the 2nd floor, basically it's horror, suitable for shooting horror films. There was absolutely no drinking water in the room, in Jambi there are many hotels with an average rate of 300 thousand with clean and new rooms, apparently I was tricked into booking this hotel! When I asked to change rooms, approximately 5 hours later I was told that I could move to the 3rd floor, but because we were tired and sleepy, we didn't move. Before that, we were informed that the rooms were full. We stayed on Sunday at 4 pm. Apparently according to security on Monday nights the rooms are not that busy. And it was proven that when we checked out at 5 in the morning, the cars in the parking lot were also empty. Only a few cars. My best advice is that this hotel doesn't sell dirty rooms. And as good as it is, the staff understands the conditions of guests from out of town who want to rest. And we continued our journey to Pekanbaru. Service is not good, very disappointing, bad rooms are given to guests, good rooms are for employees to sleep in.
