The services that this hotel offers are really good. The receptionists are available 24/7, so you can check in at any time. Also, if you nearly miss breakfast, the restaurant staff will call you to remind you. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Bali for a holiday.

It was a lovely stay. The room was great and clean. The staffs were super nice and accommodating. Especially Dewi who guide us for the check in. She remembers that we have to check out super early to catch the boat to Nusa Penida, and gave us the “go to” breakfast which is giving extra miles vibes! Thanks!

The check in was delayed and the front desk was lying to us. Booking over the app, check-in time 14:00h, the front desk said at 14:20h they need another half an hour to prepare the room. At 15:15h we came back, waiting in a bar. At 15:30h we finally could go into the room. The floor was wet and the beds were still dirty from previous guests. Safety box not ready. Ugly smell from Guests just checked out before. The housekeeping team did not change the covers of bed and pillows, we have found hairs and body fluids. The shower head in the bathtub was not working. The aircon, even on lowest setting: 16deg C, Full fan power, was not able to cool the room down. We had to leave the place at 23:00h because the room was just far too hot! At that hour, all the other rooms seemed to be booked, we gave up and were moving into a better hotel. Besides, the Margaritas from the bar were very strange in taste, we are experts ;-) No taste of any original Tequila. But in general, besides the front desk, the staff was very friendly and tried their best to overcome the troubles of a rundown, badly maintained place, with a clear lack of good management. The strategic position of the hotel is the perfect location in the heart of Sanur. Trust me, I am an old-timer in Tourism business with many years of experience. Regards.

Me and my family really really have a pleasant stay at Akana, will def come back again soon! The hotel is well cared for, the rooms are clean and all the equipment, the facilities in the rooms are all functioning properly, the mattresses are comfortable, the hotel is close to the beach and the main area in Sanur so you can walk or borrow bicycles provided by the hotel. The best part is the super super super satisfying service from all the staff on duty. Continue to maintain the service, hopefully it will always be satisfying. Thankyou Akana.

Pluses: Spacious room, good location, clean. The rest are so so or not so good. No parking space (like, at all), water tends to be smelly on rainy days (probably sewer contamination), poor Wifi (which I believe is very important these days).

The receptionist at night the lights are a bit dark. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free borrowing of bicycles. Roadside parking. Affordable hotel prices. The rooms are pretty clean.

The hotel itself can be improve. Eg. The room door, lights and bathtub. However, the hotel staffs are really really friendly, helpful and spontaneous. Staying at this place is still great because it is near cafes, spas and the beach, allowing me to catch the beautiful sunset. Will be more than happy to come back again.

Actually the hotel is nice but maybe because of the pandemic the service has decreased. AC is not cold, wifi is problematic, the swimming pool is also dirty. But the service is good, the rooms are clean the staff are friendly and agile. Hopefully this pandemic will end soon. So that tourism recovers soon.

The staff is good but seems less pro huhu, nothing is the answer "I'll ask my senior first, okay?", my car was parked blocking other cars, no one could move it even though I had left the key at the reception. So it's a disturbing break. Strategic location, especially if you want to go to Nusa Penida.

When you arrive, the narrow parking is only for two cars so you have to park on the street, the room key is broken so you have to wait a long time to change to another room until 3 times changing rooms, there is no preparation that guests will check in. Not suitable for 4 stars, indeed the price is cheap because of the pandemic but can you prepare for checking the room key, the last room with the air conditioner is not cold but I'm tired of moving again. So just shut up. Won't be there again. Oh, the swimming pool is small.

It&#39;s really nice to stay here, the rooms are spacious, very clean, the swimming pool is clean, close to Mertasari beach, it&#39;s quiet place and it&#39;s really fitting to get a really cheap price, just don&#39;t get a toothbrush. The towels are actually still smooth and thick, only the edges are torn, but it's okay, the corona situation. This place has been recommended, will stay there again.

I am happy to be able to stay at the Akana Sanur hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Clean bathrooms and clean water.
