Overall the hotel service is good, the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. It 's just unfortunate that special requests cannot be fulfilled because they have been arranged by management, the receptionist should provide solutions/make efforts to fulfill requests. As a result, within 4-5 hours, I decided to check out. Thank You.

The hotel staff is very friendly, but the person guarding the front door is not very fast. When I stayed at this hotel for the umpteenth time, I was bringing a baby and a child aged 3 years and my husband was busy unloading the luggage, but the staff at the front post didn't want to help at all, instead they were busy chatting. That's all. Overall very satisfying! Kepontianak is too lazy to go to other hotels, Alimoer is really nice.
