Overall the hotel service is good, the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. It 's just unfortunate that special requests cannot be fulfilled because they have been arranged by management, the receptionist should provide solutions/make efforts to fulfill requests. As a result, within 4-5 hours, I decided to check out. Thank You.

I stayed at Hotel Alimoer, Kuburaya, on December 24, 2024. The room was comfortable and clean, with friendly service from the staff. The location is strategic, close to the city center and the airport. I give a rating of 4.5/5 and highly recommend this hotel for travelers.

Good, clean but the mattress is too hard 😆. And not very soundproof, you can still hear people running in the hallway and opening the door of the next room
