The room is clean and nice. I enjoyed 2 large fluffy pillows, the thing which is sometime isn't provided by 3* hotel...and this is 2* one!

We arrived at the hotel earlier than 14:00hrs, but staff is kind to let us check-in anyway. Our spotless clean non-smoking room is adequately furnished. Shower is clean. Loved the bed it's so comfy & has 4 pillows! Breakfast the next morning is superb & tasty, with wide variety of food. Checking out is fast. All staff we met are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying at Amaris again next time.

Overall it's good to stay here, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, although the only drawback is that it's not very varied. When it was almost time to check out, they called and asked if I wanted to extend my stay or not, so it's suitable for me who likes to sleep, so remember that when it's time to check out, I don't sleep too much :D.

Everything is quite good, the price is okay for those who just want to transit. But there are some things that still need to be fixed. The AC is problematic like it likes to drip and the shower faucet is broken so you can't take a shower. For the rest, it's quite good.

For accommodation with business trips with online purchases, sometimes it requires validation from the hotel. In the future, please make it a hotel policy to provide a printed bill or provide free validation facilities to customers. Yesterday I printed the order sheet from Traveloka and was charged 2 thousand rupiah per sheet and it was a bit difficult to ask for hotel stamp validation by the receptionist.
