I recently stayed here with my family, hoping for a relaxing getaway, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The first room we were given was an absolute disaster. The moment we walked in, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, making it unbearable to breathe. As if that wasn't bad enough, the toilet smelled like it hadn't been cleaned properly — there was a strong odor of excrements that lingered in the bathroom. We immediately requested a room change, and although the hotel staff moved us to a better room, the experience had already left a sour taste in our mouths. What made matters worse, and what I found truly unacceptable, was the fact that neither Traveloka nor the hotel informed us that the pool was unavailable due to renovation. This was a major disappointment since the main reason we chose this hotel was so that our kids could enjoy swimming. We had planned our entire trip around this, only to be let down. Overall, our stay was far from enjoyable, and I feel that the hotel 's failure to communicate crucial information like the pool 's closure was misleading.

Water heater doesn't work, very noisy! In the night there were loud screams of young people, in the morning there was noise from renovation machines.

My apologize but the room is so tiny, the sheets look dirty, and not convenient. The facility doesn't suit the prices. Although the location of this hotel is good because near supermarket and shopping area.

Very dirty, bad smell, room are to small with with that over price, and towels are look dirty and smell so bad as well, how ever service side was okay, not worth the price.

Bad. Worse. Dirty room. I request a tissue towel shud wait almost 1 hour. And asked for shampoo. F**kin s**t maybe reuse shampoo. The worse hotel I ever stay. Not recommended. Worse and worse. I said I want a room with bed king bed size he said yes sir did not attention. Worse hotel. OK, thanks.
