Arrived when it was already dark. There's a carpark attendant helping to inform us on where we can park our car as hotel guests. Checking in was easy. We needed to deposit Rp50.000 (for hotel key) and the money was returned in full when we checked out and returned the key card. Overall hotel lobby ambience is nice and clean. We love it. Our room was on the first floor, and it's nice and relatively clean (dusty a bit on the table). Hot water system, air-con, everything worked well. Tea and coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water (plus electric kettle) were provided. The latest time to check out is 1pm, otherwise an extra day is charged. Breakfast option was good, and the food was 7.5/10. We tried eating at the cafe for dinner. Pasta was 7/10. Char Kway Teow was 6/10 (soggy and a little too salty). We tried the Ramadhan Meal, and it was 7/10. We had it delivered for dining in our room. When food was delivered to our room, we could pay using our bank's debit card on the spot (informed them of our choice of payment). Would we recommend this hotel? Yes.

this was my first time staying at Bobobox. Never thought it would be this satisfying, the bedroom (pods) was super comfy, clean and tidy. Somehow it feels kinda futuristic lol the bathroom was very clean and proper, and it also provide outdoor area for smoking. Super satisfied! Thank you Bobobox Dago

The Valley Resort Hotel

Nice and comfortable. Even too much vetsin, but the variant of breakfast is quite good, they have local and international choice. The hotel was awsome. The view, facility, friendly staff, good wifi. The only thing need to improve are. Lift and wheelchair access. This hotel suit for family vacation, but not elder friendly, no wheelchair access and no lift to reach all room type. It was nice if can bring all family to stay here, but without those access will be difficult for elder. May hotel can consider that. At least wheelchair access.
