Excellent! Nice stay at this hotel with our Office team.

The location is the best thing the hotel can offer. Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement, parking lot is a problem, you must park early if you want to park at the hotel parking, if not you must park outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and out, they provided me with early check in, when possible.

The housekeeping give us extra towel and mate due to the late providing. The hotel got direct access to the mall. But for that we had a queue entering the hotel

Bad room and service. Room is not clean and no window

Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfy, staff was very friendly.

The location is great, walking distance to Grage Mall and csb mall. So many great restaurants around the hotel, and not too far from the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Well Done!

Strategic location but the floor is dirty and lot of mosquitoes

Hotel Lotus is the hotel that you can choose whenever you need a short gateway to Cirebon, for leisure or business purpose. The room is spacious, cozy, and quite clean. The staff is responsive and friendly. Well, for the breakfast, it could do better for the variation; Yet it still tasted great!

Easy place near by trains. Near food court. Mall also near.
