Ac wasn't cool enough, need some maintenance

Excellent! Nice stay at this hotel with our Office team.

Nice hotel to stay during trip to Cirebon, but need to improve a better wifi connection.

Water for shower so little, mosquito in the room and TV is off/no connection at all. Not recommend for such a price level service and facility.

The floor very dirty and room dirty no blanket.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfy, staff was very friendly.

Lift smell so bad, the key card didn't work, room didn't had towel, bathroom slippery, the bed cover smell good but have some stain too.

Check in process no issue, fast and easy. The room smell kerosene. The wall is dirty. The linen and bedcover has some spots, dirty. The bathroom also dirty. The breakfast is so-so, with the price, there's nothing more we can expect actually. Check-out process no issue. Fast and easy.

Hotel Lotus is the hotel that you can choose whenever you need a short gateway to Cirebon, for leisure or business purpose. The room is spacious, cozy, and quite clean. The staff is responsive and friendly. Well, for the breakfast, it could do better for the variation; Yet it still tasted great!

Easy place near by trains. Near food court. Mall also near.
