I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was easy to find it as it is on the side of the main road. Only 10 minutes to puncak pass, masjid atta'awun, gunung mas, and taman safari. Only 3km to well-known restaurant like pizza hut and richeese factory. The facility is complete: mountain view cafe, restaurant, waterpark, swimming pool. The only minus were that the water is not so sprouting and the towel was rugged

The view is good, but the room is bad. The room is kind of old and the lightning is terrible.

Saya booking 2 kamar premier diberikan kompensasi kamar lux 1 kamar karena 1 kamar premier bed-nya ada masalah, saya ucapkan great pelayanannya & cepat ada solusinya TAPI knp air panas susah & after di komplain baru normal, masukan mohon diperhatikan air panas baik di type kamar manapun karena tamu tanpa air panas pasti tdk bisa mandi, apalagi tamu sdh cape dan mmg tujuan ke puncak utk liburan keluarga. Harap pelayanan lebih ditingkatkan, apalagi saat diberikan kamar kompensasi tdk ada bantuan utk pindah kamar & gelas di wastafel jg tdk slalu tersedia di kamar mandi, hal yg kecil ini menurut sy perlu diperhatikan, Semoga ke depan Hotel Ariandri semakin baik dari sisi kelas bintang hotel maupun dlm pelayanan ke customer terima kasih.
