The location of the villa is very far away, there is a rice snake! The appearance of the villa is very far from the photo and not Instagramable. First entering the villa was greeted by a very unfriendly and unprofessional service starting from the front desk until the bell boy was not on time. The villa is very dirty and disgusting. The bathroom is mossy, the pool is dirty, lots of insects, dusty mattresses, all the furniture of the villa is dusty. No wonder, this villa, the price is pretty cheap. I didn't have time to try the food because I only took a short break then moved the hotel, even though at first I ordered this villa for 2 nights. But rather than my night's rest I was not comfortable, I chose to check out and move to another hotel. I'm not that comfortable! It's not recommended to come here. Apart from the sad condition of the villa with all the insects and animals in it, the service is very bad. Front desk serves while on the phone with his girlfriend.

I was told to add extra cash because we were considered to violate the terms and conditions. And we as guests are said to damage property only because it exceeds the capacity of guests. I feel cheated because the new hotel policy was added when I was checking in. So it was made as if I was wrong. Very very bad hotel

The air conditioner in one of the rooms is not cold, the pool is dirty and doesn't want to be cleaned! Kitchen equipment is incomplete. Service is not friendly. Already overpaid but no extra bed until I sleep on the couch and in the living room only use a fan and no curtains

Very nice villas, clean, neat, complete facilities there are stoves and water dispensers until the dish and dish soap is complete, rooms and all interior and furniture are clean. Indovision cable TV shows are complete, swimming pool is clean, my children are satisfied to play. There is a pump for buoys also borrowed. I happen to be in villa matha which is 3 bedroom. The point is really recommended. The staff are friendly and responsive because they say there are 1 dead bathroom lights that are immediately replaced, the air conditioner is cold, the sheets are very clean and the mattresses are soft, the towels are clean and the toiletries are complete. Free breakfast is also thank God, God willing, I will return again because the children are happy and the most important is WiFi.

I really felt cheated by the owner of this villa because at the time of arrival until the Check in the villa owner asked for an extra charge for children under the age of 3 and strangely enough they asked for a deposit to keep things from happening. items in the villa. During my stay at any Villa, only this time I found a villa that was not comfortable for me and for guests to visit there is limited to how many people and even hours can only be until 10 pm more than 10 pm they will ask for money for excess visiting hours . For other regulations there we are not allowed to make a BBQ event or cook there because it will make smoke smell in the villa environment. Hopefully they can improve their behavior so that the villa will visit.

The villas are poorly maintained lots of insects (Tomcat) in the rooms we are in and the villa staff are not bad the excess of the villas we rented with 3 rooms costs 350,000 per night and the xtra bed is taken from the available mattress for relaxing on the balcony of the upstairs rooms Our villa that we don't use xtra beds by choosing to sleep on the xtra bed sofa is outdated or not worth using. The point is that HR in Astamana Villas has people who provide unilateral prices for the advantages of people who are said to have to be charged and paid for excess people cannot be debited or use cards or transfers directly to the owner's account, but must go to one of the staff at Astra Villas. Wonder

A great villa in canggu with nice view, I stay for 4 days with my family (about 6 people) and its great. the worker was nice and friendly. the villa was cozy and they have delicious breakfast especially american breakfast, fried rice, and fried noodle. but the pool is easily dirty because its outdoor. for me its totally great.

Very bad service. The capacity of the villa is 2 people per room. More than that, it was charged 350 thousand / person. Late check-out is 150,000 / hour. AC not cold. The bathroom is very dirty! Lots of animal poop, even honeycomb, disgusting! Breakfast must be requested first. Not available directly. There is no generator set. Lights off from midnight to noon! There is no apology at all. Complained to the waiter, instead turned angry! And challenge asking for a bad review on the website! Very not recommended! The worst villa I have ever visited!

The place is really far from the crowd, the bathroom door cannot be locked, the key is not there, while the bathroom is outdoor even though nothing happens during the stay. The most unpleasant thing at check-out, the goods were inspected, they said there were no items left behind but actually there were groceries at the table, left there, and I just remembered after arriving at the airport.

The villa is quite nice but poorly maintained. For business really check-in. I arrived at 1 o'clock to check-in, I couldn't enter even though the villa was empty. New 2 hours may enter according to the check-in statement. For breakfast we order fried rice, it feels normal.

The villas are good, only if they are rarely treated, the lighting is also dark, the AC leaked has complained several times, it still leaked so yesterday the bucket was leaking. There is no telephone inside the villa so if you want to contact the receptionist you have to leave the villa. kapok stay at the villa!

Complaints were given: 1. The air conditioner leaked and was only correct after a day (I stayed 2 nights), slept in flood room 2. The bathroom was dirty (full of animals) and incomplete amenities. 3. For 2br villa swimming towels are only given 2 pcs 4. The chef is not ready, when he wants to order room service is not available. 5. Friendly staff services but do not provide a solution.
