My corporate booking was canceled by Aston after they pushed us to pay in advance at 23:00 PM. We booked for 3 rooms of no smoking and kingsize but they insisted to offer smoking rooms and twin bed. Finally they gave rooms as our request only after hard and high tone complaints. Returned cash deposit were 100 K short and only given after we noticed and asked for it (they gave it wothout any apologies nor smiles).

Everything are fine except if you're not a smoker & there 's only smoking room left. Where other room smoke smell could pass through connecting door & along side the noise if your neighbor is loud/noisy. Wifi connection is horrible.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff also very professional, thanks so much to Ms. Yunita Abdullah for being such a nice and extremely helpful person during our stay at Aston Hotel. I definitely won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to other people who wants to visit Gorontalo.
