Aston Tropicana

Very comfortable and clean hotel, the room was so big. Will stay in this hotel again for the next coming.

UNFORTUNATELY, IN ROOMS LOCATED IN THE CORNER LIKE ROOM 557, ON SUNDAY MORNINGS THERE IS MUSIC FROM THE CHURCH IN FAVE WHICH REALLY DISTURBS PEOPLE WHO ARE SLEEPING, IT'S SO NOISY!! The soundproofing is very minimal :(

The hotel staff is quite responsive to customers, the location is close to Ciwalk Mall, just walking distance, so finding food is very easy, next vacation will book at Aston again....

The facilities for children are okay especially in the pool area and playground, the rooms are clean, the service is really good, top notch. Thanks you Aston.

Ordered a junior suite type, it was stated that it had a bathtub facility, when checking in there was only a shower, when I complained they were immediately alert, changed rooms, my wife had left a black skirt in the previous room before moving, hopefully I will find it, I'm still waiting for the information, thanks Mr. Ade and team

The lobby needs to be freshened up, because during the 2 days of staying, the smell was very unpleasant. So that the breakfast menu is more varied.

Check in was fast, the staff was friendly and the room was very large.

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, on the first day of my stay I happened to get a room with an air conditioner that was not cold, long story short it was immediately repaired by a technician and the result was still the same, then that night my family and I moved rooms, after moving the air conditioner was cold, clean and comfortable. when we went out for a walk with the family, that night our family and I returned to the hotel to rest again.. when we entered the room, the room we were staying in smelled of cigarette smoke very strongly, I don't know where the smell of cigarette smoke came from, because we ordered a non-smoking room then we immediately contacted the staff who were immediately given a tool to neutralize the air space. As for the service here, everything is good and responsive, although there are only a few staff who are lacking, but that's not a problem, maybe they are also busy because on that day it happened to be crowded with visitors, then for the variety of food, on the first day everything was delicious, on the second day I stayed it started to be lacking, the menu is also limited, and especially the fried squid in flour is a bit tough, not crispy, like the squid is not fresh enough. but it came back to another tongue. for the others it's delicious. That's all, but if I may suggest, the most important thing is the parking area, if possible, it can be expanded or added again when there are many visitors, and for some of the room interiors that are lacking, they can be repaired or replaced, for example, the AC, room door, Smart TV, wardrobe doors that sometimes can open and sometimes are slow, some plugs can and cannot, that's just my input. For the others, everything is OK, thank you also to the Aston Tropicana Hotel for providing good and comfortable service, hopefully it will continue to be maintained and trusted in the future...

The check in process was very fast, the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, the hotel was clean and fragrant, close to Ciwalk.

A regular when going to Bandung, near Ciwalk and the Ojolali souvenir center.
