The place is good, but the service needs to be improved. The staff are too slow, some of them didn't stay in their assigned place, so they are not reachable when we need them.

Di pamekasan apabila sudah lewat jam 10 malam sdh susah cari tempat buat ngopi dll. Di hotel ini ada restaurant 24 jam dengan full menu yg enak dan memuaskan. Top.

Best package hotel for comfort stays in Madura. Clean, nice breakfast, best quality for things in room. Would be perfect if 1 staff stand on a lift because guests can't clicked to basement.
