One of our most fascinating stay ever! Staffs were extremely polite and helpful. This hotel doesn't have beach access but worry not, they provide free shuttle every one hour that will take you to the beach and Bali Collection. There were also other facilities I am delighted to share to you that haven't stayed here: 1. There was also free one time day bed voucher in Mengiat Beach Club. 2. Free bicycle to ride around nusa dua. Pedals pedals. 3. Free valet parking since we rent a car to explore Bali 4. One time complimentary minibars. Soft drinks and fruits. Awesome! 5. Assorted Bali signature cakes upon our arrival. 6. Warm relaxing towels and drinks upon our check in. 7. The room was spacious and sparkling clean 8. And last but not least, the best part, we booked Deluxe Suite room and surprised when we got in the room. It was premiere suite! Thank you Bali Nusa Dua and Traveloka. It was a really comforting stay especially for us that traveled with baby. Oh, p.s: they have variety of delightful foods and beverages for your breakfast.

staying here is very pleasant and comfortable, the staff service is very friendly, the room is very clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and modern. can get a cheap price for a room as good as this. next time if you go on holiday to Nusa Dua, you will definitely stay at this hotel again.. ❤️

It was a great stay for 3 nights here. The room was very clean, spacious, neat and fragrant. The environment of Nusa Dua is indeed the best. The only minus is the breakfast, so sorry for 5 stars the food is very ordinary in terms of menu, taste and variety. Hopefully later it can be improved for breakfast. Overall everything is covered by the friendliness of the staff and the very-very satisfying room. Next will stay here again if I go to Nusa Dua.

don't know how to explain it, really love staying here From the moment we entered, they were incredibly friendly.. sorry, usually local people are treated differently.. but here, not at all, all the staff are friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel is not enough for us to give it 5+ stars, very clean, the swimming pool is great 👍we booked a premiere room, my husband couldn't say anything, he loved it so much. very family friendly. the breakfast is top notch, in the morning you can go to the beach, you can jog. what's more, it's not too noisy just a suggestion.. maybe the kids club needs to be added with reading books for children.. basically if you want to stay in Nusa Dua.. just come here! really love it.

Saya booking 4 kamar selama 7 hari di hotel ini. Saat moment libur idul fitri. Dapat harga OK untuk ukuran hotel bintang 5 di ITDC nusa dua. Sangat worth it, staff ramah, hotel bersih, sarapan enak, poin paling penting adalah divisi kebersihan mereka sangat-sangat baik. Setiap hari kamar kami dibersihkan tanpa di minta. Keren ….

Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, kita bisa early check-in kemudian staff nya sangat membantu memberikan informasi terkait new year eve dan acara malam tahun baru. Kamar nya bersih dan nyaman, kebetulan kita dapat view pool dan tempatnya bikin betah. Sangat menyenangkan.

The spacious rooms are clean and smell good. Food okay. Only the playground for children doesn't have many toys, it's very standard. For the hotel staff, really top. Very friendly and very helpful. You can go around using a bicycle for free

Pertama dan terakhir menginap di hotel ini. Sangat menyesal. Sarapan sangat biasa aja, bahkan tidak ada pilihan pork. Di bilang sama karyawan kalo di sini halal. Lalu saat ingin pesan cappuccino pun harus bayar extra. Biasa untuk hotel bintang 4 atau pun 5 di Bali, pasti free untuk memesan cappuccino. Untuk di kamar juga banyak sekali nyamuk dan suasana kamar creepy dan bau. Hingga pindah kamar tetap saja tidak nyaman untuk menginap, masih banyak nyamuk yang kamar awal view pool sampai dengan pindah ke kamar yang view garden.
