To be honestly the prize is ok, room is ok it clean and neat, the interior is so good especially lobby or food hall/restaurant, swimming pool is ok, check in is so fast, they has already do health protocol for every coming guest but someday I found the staff doesn't good wearing a mask, please kindly reminder them. also unfortunately garden of the toilet seems like dirty, yellow in the below (see attached pictures) please kindly change it regularly. thanks

The AC in the room is not cold, there is no warm water in the bathroom, there are small larvae in the bathroom, breakfast is not varied, the fruit is only 2 papayas and watermelon, the bathroom near the restaurant smells of dead rats

There was a pool light that came out of its place, it would be scary if there was electricity. I didn't have time to take a picture. But I already informed the receptionist during checkout. Please pay attention to the public facilities.

Dari lokasinya nya sih kayaknya emang bukan hotel buat family staycation. Pool nya sepi ga ada yang renangi jam 9 pagi, kotor, ga ada staff yang jaga jadi minta handuk aja cukup lama baru diambil.
