Last night at 10.30pm there was two people trying to enter my room with the same access card and the same room number, when I was asleep. I already checked in to the hotel from 4pm. Actually this is my first time experiencing it, I've been to many hotel before and this is the WORST. Ordering food taking 1 hour to deliver. Then in the morning there was people again trying to get into my room? Is this a hotel? Or a motel? Even motel can do better than this.

Worth the price, clean, near to city center. Parking space is limited but valet service is available and very helpful.

Batiqa Hotel is one of the good three-star hotels, including Batiqa Hotel Cirebon. Comfort rooms with comfortable beds, good hotel facilities such as massage, swimming pool (some hotels do not provide). They also have friendly and helpful staff. And the breakfast menu is quite varied and delicious. Always a pleasure to stay at Batiqa Hotel.

A lot of noise from motorbikes on the street. Window 's are not soundproof. AC blower fan broken, very noisy rattling sound, can't sleep when AC is running. The Hotel music in the corridor can be heard inside the Room, very annoying when you try to sleep. Why anyone would play music in the corridor outside of the guest rooms 24/7? If you wanna play Hotel music, play it inside the elevator but not outside the rooms.
