Clean, cozy hotel with strategic location. We stayed on deluxe room which was spacious with garden view. The facilities were great; big swimming pool, clean private beach, and large garden. Breakfast had various choice. After breakfast, we could feed koi fish in the small pond next to the restaurant. Although the room's furniture was little bit old; the ambience and strategic location were great. It was 5 minute walk to Discovery Plaza and Bali Water Boom. Overall,it is worth of money staying in this hotel.

Wonderful Stay, everyone Very helpful. The swimming pool need to be clean. So much leave and my daughter clean a lots of it as she don't like to swims on dirty water

A descent place to stay. Maybe Bintang Kuta needs to renovate the rooms to make it more modern.

Stay 2night with my kids for holiday. Hotel is super big, location in the downtown of kuta, many restaurant and convenience store nearby by walking. Pool is clean and big, the best part is hotel has an access to beach. My kids are super happy.

The service was very bad. I was took a shower then suddenly the housekeeping just entered my room without knocking it. Then saw me naked. I was complained to the receptionist but they didn't do anything or say anything.
