a neighbor guest was flying drone (cabin 4), when we took a bathtube. It was Private Act. I complained to the management Bobocabin. That guest must delete all the files. If i found in social media or their social media, i will make a report to the police and other issue is there are so many fly

The staff was kind. But as common problem in Kintamani are flies. They use flies trap only at Lobby EXACTLY at next of lobby check in table. So guest really "got enjoyed" to see and smell flies barbaqued. But they didn't put any flies trap around the room. when we tried to enter the room the flies also will joining you inside. the room's water heater didn't work very well. the water not warm at all, but fortunately it got normal temperature so I did shower as usual. the view is beautiful. if I can suggest you to improve in the garden maintenance. some grass growth uncontroll make the view is less and the weeds are uncontroll as well.

the view is very nice, very suitable for families, also like the room inside is nice.. really enjoy the view from the glass in the room.. but the minuses: 1. the access road to and from the road is very bad, to the point of scratching cars, only 1 car can access it 2. lots of flies, can't open the room door, the flies come in straight away.. can't eat at the outside table either because it's attacked by lots of flies 3. the water in the toilet is sometimes fast, sometimes slow.. if the minuses can be handled maybe next trip to Bali, stop by here again

I don't regret staying here. The view is amazing, so cool! But unfortunately the access is a bit difficult, especially when it was raining heavily, some of the roads to the bobocabin were not paved so it was a bit slippery. Because it was the rainy season, there were a lot of flies in the morning.

It is better to inform the guests how far the cabin from the main road. It is quite far and it fits only for 1 car. And it has many debris and logs in the left and right side. Since the road is too small, I did scratch my body car because of the logs on the street.

Very happy but it's not worth it to come here by car because the road access is very damaged, some facilities and entertainment are not available such as microwave, refrigerator, bonfire, and the breakfast food is also not that good.

The staff could not think of a way to solve the insect problem, so I had to buy an insect repellent, the staff was not very cooperative in providing comfort to guests when I arrived, I lost 2 days for the hotel's discomfort and staff service.

Access to the hotel location when turning left only 1 car can enter, there are many flies in the afternoon because it is a plantation area. For the view it is extraordinarily good. Room cleanliness is OK. Only for some equipment because it is quiet many are not available. Order firewood, march mellow is not available. Advice before going to the hotel to buy a lot of food supplies because it is far away and many are empty in the hotel

Ordered 2 hot tub rooms, can only turn on 1, the other one doesn't work coincidentally, the schedule coincides with a group event, so it's noisy, the bonfire also runs out. the rest is ok.. hopefully there will be improvement for the bobocabin team 🙏🏻 I can't fly a drone here, it seems to be jammed with the wifi signal
