The sound from the next room can be heard. The room is not so clean, there are cockroaches in the bedroom. The dinner service is very slow. There are few hotel staff, so it's chaotic. The breakfast is standard.

Very helpful staff. Kudos to the staff receptionist @24 February at nite shift, I forgot to ask his name. It was late checked in at 23:30 due to traffic jam, I asked for assigned room number before arrival, so I can order gofood from outside and he smoothly handled it. Great hospitality from the staff!

The hotel location is close to everywhere you want to go to Legian Beach, about 12 minutes walk. The room is not big but there is still space for suitcases and there is a balcony.

You get what you paid for. First of all, I think my stay was good overall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Perfect, no notes. However, the hotel itself could use some extra TLC. 1. I got a room with a window missing, and they didn't even replace it. They just put a plastic cover on it and hoped that we wouldn't notice, but you can tell because the heat escaped so easily. 2. I think part of the walls in our room could've been refurbished. Some parts are peeling off, and it doesn't bother me as much, but it just cheapens the look. 3. Please change the tables to normal desks/tables with drawers. The mounted tables might look nice for a minute, but it gets janky and could fall any time soon. 4. Bed cleanliness, they could use some bleaching for the sheets. Overall, I think for the price I paid, I can't be mad, however, the things I said are just small things that could elevate the experience, and maybe they could charge more and I wouldn't be mad.

Check in and check out were fast, the staff service was good, unfortunately on the last day there was a slight problem in my room, it was flooded when I woke up but I was immediately offered a room change but it was too late because I wanted to check out so I immediately asked for it to be cleaned, the staff immediately helped clean it. Thank you.

For family rooms, it's really good, but the sink is a bit clogged, it takes a long time for the water to drain, and the first bathroom is the same, hopefully there will be improvements soon... the breakfast menu is very limited

We got a room right under the pool, the water-blow of the pool was very audible during the night rest hour and quite disturbing our sleep time. The rest of the room was comfortable and clean, for the food menu in the restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant chef can also cook other menus according to guest requests, spacious car parking, and there is a swimming pool for children, access to Legian beach is close by 10 minutes on foot

This is my second time back to this hotel and it is very, very satisfying. The hotel room smells good, is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold. The food is also delicious. The facilities are complete. I am very satisfied, I will definitely come back here again😍

the hotel staff is very friendly, I will definitely stay at BOSS Legian again.. I was a group of 4 with a special room for 4 people.. a pleasant experience, the room is always clean.. previously I only stayed for 4 hours, but extended to 5 hours..

The hotel location is very strategic. Access to minimarkets and the beach is very close. But unfortunately when I was there I could only check in at almost 3 o'clock, because at that time it was a long holiday, it seemed like many people came. But this place is highly recommended, with a cheap price you can get good facilities with easy access.

So far ok although a bit confusing there is no wardrobe because I stayed in a family room quite cramped if there is no wardrobe the sink faucet keeps flowing hot water ok tissues are only provided in the bathroom the elevator is very stuffy even one elevator has no events hopefully it will be better in the future the service is very very good
