I had pleasant stay and very comfortable room I get, the pool is great also with a beautiful view. They have yoga room and we can see the sunset soooo perfect!!

Nice place with a beautiful view. The road access to the place is not good, but the place is awesome. So cozy and comfy. Definitely recommended.

The one who stayed in this room was my family members. So I cannot mention the detail. But, when it is compared to the first night I stayed here, this room was good because my family members don't say any issues about this. So I think that everything went well in this room. 2 queen bed and 1 single bed. Clean. Good bathroom. Sorry I don't have any photos about this room.

Because this is a Suite room, the facilities are very good, complete amenities in any corner of rooms. The AC was very good. Full of kind of towels. The hair dryer should be putted in bathroom tho, I found it when I was gonna check-out. The balcony was good too. But the floor in the balcony was somehow a bit dirty through the reflection of light, but I'm sure it was already cleaned because I check the room first with the manager/receptionist before I check-out from the previous night (with a different booking number and a different room). The infinity pool was amazing too~ I have a small concern, personally, I don't like the layout of the bedroom, it is very rare for me (it might be the first time) that the bed can be seen directly after I open the entrance door. At the end, everything was excellent, I have no major/big complain compared to the previous night (as I had reviewed in the different review post before this one). Good job for this room.

I actually wanna rate the first night with "So-so" (Because there is no option between "Awesome" and "Unsatisfying"). I checked in late at around 8 or 9 pm. I booked 2 family rooms (upto 3 persons each room). But I got an upgrade of one room into the room that is different to others (called Gajah Room) and free breakfast for 3 persons. It is a wooden mini house, with pretty similar facilities with the family room. One remaining room was still the same tho. The problems were, the upgraded room had a dysfunction bathtub, it cannot fulfill the tub no matter how long I wait. The next morning was raining. I had an extra bed in this room. But the roof was shockingly leaking, so the raindrops occurred at some spots. Thankfully, I was already awake at that time. The other problem happened at the other room. There were some colony of ants near the bathroom (but it was solved when we complained) and no curtain at the bathroom area near Bathtub (this one was not quite a big deal because none of us used bathtub), then this room is actually for 3 persons, with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. But it is 1 king bed and 1 extra bed. It felt different. We don't really feel upset about this, because the staffs are quite nice and helpful, and they felt sorry too, but I suggest to keep the room available though the customers were late check-in, even I actually confirmed to this place that I will check-in late. Then, we still have another booking in this place with a different booking number/bill for the second night here. Also, the second night was very good, no problem at all, check my next review of the second night.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the pool view is good. Because I came in the afternoon to be upgraded to a private villa, I didn't see any local people staying here, mostly Caucasians.

All the staff are friendly, the hotel rooms are actually better than in the photos, the reason I want to stay for a staycation here is because the swimming pool is nice, and the original is really good at blending with nature. Makes you feel at home here, there are lots of squirrels in the coconut trees around the hotel, it feels like being in a very pleasant forest.

Hotel on Jalan Bisma, strategic location in the city of Ubud with valley views. Clean rooms with noisy air conditioning. The hotel doesn't see an elevator so for the elderly ask for the 1st floor for cheap local prices. The staff are all beginners but they are good. The plus value of the infinity pool is really good

One of my happy places, they have spacious and clean and fancy rooms. They have a balcony to see a beautiful garden, and the pool also has a great view! I do recommend this place to stay with family, friend or your loved one.

The real taste of Bali. The hotel is beautiful, cool and on the banks of the river so you can hear the gurgling flow of the river. Good food and reasonable price. Extraordinary. Too bad there's no toothbrush
