Good place for me and my friends

the room quality not the same as the picture they are posting, for 3 night stay we only receive 2 towels, the unit suppose for 4 pax, no room cleaning, no drinking water, no blanket, last day stay the electricity went out in the middle of the night and nobody took care of it, seems like the credit on the electricity meter is zero. very bad experience, better stay out of it

Starting from the check-in process. After checking out in the application, calling the number listed, directed to contact housekeeping. Housekeeping didn't reply, only read it, even though I chatted politely and formally. On the day of the D, I chat again, let me know that I will arrive in the afternoon. Same, just read it too. When it arrived, I didn't pick up the phone, after I spam chat, I just replied. Then for the apartment, far from livable. There is no apartment lobby, there is a hotel lobby, so if the occupants of the apartment want to enter they have to walk down to the dark basement below. Tenants are also not given an access card, so put your KTP in, then open the door and lift security. Can you imagine it's not complicated when you want to enter, you have to ask security for help. Then, if we go to the pool floor, after going to the pool area we have to go all the way to the basement again past the hotel lobby because after leaving the door to the pool, we can't enter because we weren't given an access card. For the room, far from livable. The room smells musty, smells damp, the plug is broken, there is no wifi. Dirty mattress, dirty blanket, dirty pillow, small room. For the worst bathroom, there is no shower, there is a bucket and dipper, but that position is very dirty, even the dipper is moldy and not suitable for use, the water smells even though you have opened the tap. Immediately, after checking in, moved to the Bogor valley hotel which fortunately was in front of this apartment, more livable and the staff were friendlier than this apartment.

I brought the children, we were given unit B1218, the condition of the unit is neat but it hasn't been swept or mopped in a long time. The TV didn't turn on because the battery ran out, and it wasn't replaced right away, because the caretaker wanted to ask the owner first, while the owner was far away. Since 3 in the morning the electricity has been off, and no one can be contacted. Caretaker WA is dead and regular telephones are not picked up. The owner doesn't respond to WA at all. It's a shame my kids are hot, can't watch TV, take dark showers, disappointing. Not recommended service.

scary. The electricity went out last night, the family was hot there. Items are not maintained, greastrap is leaking. That's bad.

The sofa is hollow, the battery TV remote runs out, the AC has no remote, there is no hanger in the bathroom, a lot of the gypsum is broken, it's hard to sleep finally at half past 6 am I check out, the elevator apart is also small and hot with no air.

It doesn't match the one in the photo, gas, stove, TV are just displays.

Very disappointing beyond expectations.

Kapok, photos & originals are far away. Non-AC rooms, dirty bathrooms, musty smells, bed sheets, lots of dust & itching. The sofa chair was torn, all the toiletries, there was no air conditioning in the TV room, it wasn't cold. The price range per night is quite expensive for the middle of a city apartment range.

It really doesn't match the photo in the application, there is no lobby, the strange elevator keeps opening and closing. The condition of the room is very poorly maintained.
