The sheets and pillowcases were not clean.

Not recommended. When checking in the room was still messy. The water heater is damaged (not functioning) the dispenser leaks onto the floor.

The hotel is worth the price. The view is good, and at night it's really cold even though you don't use AC or a fan. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is also a water heater in the private bathroom. The WA admin and housekeeping are also very friendly and alert. Nice anyway👍👍

The location is actually good, but when you booked you got Deluxe because the standard one had run out, but it was strange when you checked in you got standard. As soon as you entered the room it turned out that the room had not been cleaned, the bed sheets had not been changed, the room smelled of cigarettes, toilet equipment was not provided. Please improve the service!

Cleanliness is very poor, it looks like it has never been cleaned when the guest comes in, there is rubbish under the mattress, the bathroom has never been cleaned. It's a shame, even though the location is strategic.

Strategic area close to Curug 3 ecopark, Walini baths, tea plantation, just a walk away.

Tempat nya persis pinggir jalan. Ada restoran, enak makanan nya apalagi ikan gurame nya. D sebrang jalan ad tempat makan enak n harga terjangkau. Cuma kendala malem-malem padam listrik gegara abis token.

Next kemarin lagi. Lumayan sejuk cuacanya mantap.
