The room is not soundproof so the sound from the room next door is very loud. I have reported it to the receptionist but it is not clear whether they have paid attention to it or not. What is clear is that I cannot rest. They are in the room next door screaming and playing until dawn but no action has been taken.

The food tasted bad, especially the fish menu on the breakfast menu on February 9, 2025. Apart from that, everything was good, such as the room, the receptionist service was friendly. I hope that Claro will be more successful.
