The location is good. The staff is good. But (sorry to say) they really really need to improve their cleanliness. The room that I stayed had dusty floor, mosquitos, the aircon didn't work well, and the toilet was beyond dirty 😫 The water felt kind of like"slimy", and there were dead cockroach body parts. Eww.

There are no TV broadcasts at all. For WiFi, if in the room WiFi is difficult to access, the AC is cold but if it has been turned on for more than 5 hours it will sound (AC in room no. 4 in the morning at 3 o'clock makes a loud noise that disturbs the peace of sleep), The bathroom is dirty.

A suitable place to stay for backpackers in the city of Probolinggo. Strategically located near the city center. To the square just a short walk. The receptionist is very friendly and very helpful, the facilities are okay, there is a kitchen and space for relaxing like a gazebo, really recommended.

request a double mattress (like in the photo) but given a twin, there are no toileteries so you have to buy shampoo soap yourself, wifi doesn't work, the noise is noisy. TV channels are only ANT * only 😅. oh yeah breakfast here is only provided with bread and jam. so don't expect much. but the front office is really good ...

For the price of 150k, that's ok. The owner and officers are friendly. There is a shared kitchen, can make coffee or tea. Breakfast is provided with bread and jam. The rooms are pretty clean, just rather dusty. The bathroom is pretty clean, unfortunately there is no hot water. But why does the water smell a bit like that? Like the smell of iron rusting. Room air conditioner is cold, tv is working well. Overall quite satisfied
