Nice location near braga walkng distance, staffs are really friendly and I the service from the hotel is good. Recommend for who want to stay at the centre of bandung.

I'm very pleased to stay in here, room was spacious with a bathtub even for standard room. I surprised get a birthday cake on my birthday! Thankyou all staff especially Acel, Nidia and Anna and concierge desk Febby them was very helpful during my stay. Will definitely come back!

Very great place to stay. Not too far from Braga and many restaurants and cafe. Near the train station. The caesar salad is the best

I have stayed many times in this hotel. This time sees very good improvement in the property. Everything is working particularly in the bathroom. Just the shower door cannot be closed tight, some small gap. Also improve the cleanliness in the room and the bathroom. However, the traffic noise still clearly heard in the room. Well done.

The staff friendliness are Outstanding, vey help full, the room is spacious, but too bad not too soundproof. Breakfast taste good with a lot of variety, and the service at the restaurant also outstanding. Surely will come back to stay at crowne when I visit bandung again.

It was a nice hotel with minimalist clean room and bathroom. Breakfast menu offer many option with great taste. But as part of IHG chain hotel, they do not give the same extra service as I stay in Intercontinental for IHG member. My advice, Crowne Plaza hotel needs to update their TV into smart TV.
