Could get better quality with similar price in Bali to be really honest. Bugs everywhere in the room-lots of big ants, very dirty toilet, toilet flush doesn't work properly & gets stuck sometimes, toilet sink never worked at all since day 1 so we needed to use the shower to wash face & brush teeth. Asked the hotel guy if we're able to change room and he said wait for 1 hour until the "admin" comes so they could get back to us. 1,5 hours no one got back. Went down and saw the same guy from earlier only for him to casually tell me "oh yeah all the other rooms are booked out" 🙃

First, we arrived at that place before 1 pm so the receptionist tell us check in time in 1 pm and we wait. But finally we need to wait longer because we check in at 1.30 pm. It wasting time. Second, bed blanket so dirty as you can see on the pictures. We don't know the health condition of the guess that use our room before. Maybe it can bring virus. Who knows.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked if they have iron, and they said it 's broken. One hour later they bring a new iron to my room.

I wasn't really enjoyed staying here. There was a broken glass in the bathroom and the bathroom wasn't that clear.
