The room is unexpectedly good. They have pretty complete amenities and the plus value is they're so close with Palembang Indah Mall so it's easy to hang out to get a coffee. The breakfast is good, overall this is the best budget hotel in Palembang

Very nice hotel located inside Palembang Indah Mall, even their standard room includes a very nice bathtub, clean and with heavy flow water. We are satisfied with this stay.

Good location, spacious room as luckily I got a corner room, but design wise lack of imagination and very dull, bathroom layout a bit weird and only left me with very very thin roll of toilet papers, unbelievable.

Good location right next to a shopping mall. Good hospitality. Room is clean. Comfy bed. AC works fine. Amenities are acceptable. There 's even fridge in the room I'm staying in. But! Hot water doesn't work, and it makes the stay less enjoyable.
