Basically, Batiqa Hotel is good even though it doesn't have a swimming pool facility. Strategic location (easily accessible by shuttle), spacious rooms, children's play area in the waiting room (so that children don't get bored during the check-in & check-out process and friendly staff
However, yesterday's booking was a bit disappointing because when I ordered a non-smoking room, the only one available was a smoking one. If I wanted to get a non-smoking one, even though I had to wait 1 hour even though we checked in in the afternoon (around 16.30), the non-smoking room was still not ready.
Then my ID card was almost lost because the receptionist forgot to return the ID card after the check-in process. Luckily at that time I accidentally saw my wallet so I went straight to the receptionist to get my ID card

I ordered a smoking room. The hallway in the smoking room floor area smells. A musty smell, not pleasant at all, like the smell of clothes that haven't dried yet. I suspect the smell is from the carpet, it's not that dry yet but it's installed. I've stayed here several times, the smell is always there. Other than that, all the other facilities are okay.
