Room and location were great. Food also had a lot of choices and taste was good, hotel also served the traditional food from Manado. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Such an awesome staycation.

This is my 3rd time staying at Four Points Manado and the highlight of every stay is the restaurant. The breakfast is really tasty with lots of variety. You can get a traditional one, or a western one, but if you're a tourist, Tinutuan or Bubur Manado is a must-try. The chefs were always there, sometimes asking for feedbacks about their food from customers. One thing that sent me off during my stay was the bathroom in my room was a bit smelly, but they handled it pretty well with moving us to another room.

Overall staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience because from the check-in process to entering the room everything was well served by the hotel. Receiving service at the restaurant during breakfast and receiving service in the room were also very good. However, one thing that was very regrettable during the 3 days of staying at this hotel was on the last day at the swimming pool, the previous days were no problem but the last day when one of the security officers told the pool attendant to prohibit my wife from bathing in the pool just because she was wearing clothes that they thought were not in accordance with the rules of the pool even though previously with similar clothes it was not a problem and at that time it was not only us who complained to the officer there were several guests who even had an argument because the security officer's reasons were not fundamental and seemed made up. Hopefully the hotel will pay more attention to the comfort of the guests.

The hotel is located on the seafront with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious with sufficient lighting. Breakfast is satisfying with a variety of menus. The thing that needs to be improved is that the room is not soundproof.

Great place to stay for business trip as well as leisure. Fast process either checking in or out. Strategic location being in the centre of Manada town. Nice sea view. Definitely want to go back in the future visit.

One of the best experience we ever had that complete our holiday in Manado. The staff were really helpful, the service start from the lobby and until we check out is great, the experience is priceless. The room was really spacious, the breakfast experience is really great, the food and beverages provided is wide option, and the sea view is breathtaking.
