The hotel is very far from the food and bar because it is located at sunset point/at the back. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is very minimal, the Wi-Fi in the room does not reach at all. Few mosquitoes. The check-in time of the staff is not on time so it makes the guest wait. After a long journey to the hotel, I have to wait again.

Worse experience ever in a hotel! Never come back! The reality is worse than the pictures, the place stated is 4 stars hotel but doesn’t even provide the TV. The room was dirty, mold everywhere, sofa was very dirty, no TV, bed sheets had stains on it, the blinds was dirty. the chair inside the room was very dirty, it was very unpleasant. I checked out as soon as I saw my room, wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here until there’s improvement on the room.

Overall, it's 8/10 for me. The price is quite cheap. The room is also quite big, but there are a lot of mosquitos. No TV, Wi-Fi is not bad. Location: you need 20 minutes for riding a bike.

Location in the sunset area, a bit noisy in the lobby because it is next to the beach club, but the atmosphere in the room is calm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and complete compared to the price of the room

The staff is very friendly and very helpful but there is no hot water or foot towels. This resort is behind the island so it is quite far from the crossing. The view in front of the resort is very beautiful, you could say it's the best spot in my opinion.

The hotel is not bad, the area is spacious and clean, but it is very far from the busy center and access to the hotel from the crossing pier requires a cart for 150 thousand one way, so pp 300 thousand. It's far from everywhere, the hotel area is already quiet at 9 o'clock. In Apps, this hotel is in the 4 star category. But the hotel amenities are not complete, there is no TV, no dressing table, a waste of hair dryer. With the same budget, a 4 star in Senggigi is already luxurious and complete, but this is just a B. Check-in time is 14.00. Can you imagine waiting that long when the sun was really hot, you couldn't cool down and rest. Even though everywhere the check-in time is no later than 13.00. The bathroom is clean, only the roof is open, so for a coward like me, going to the bathroom in the middle of the night is a bit scary and also sees the tree leaves swaying 😂. The plus is that the hotel is right in front of the beach so at sunset the view is good from the hotel without being obstructed by other buildings, that's all. Enter for a hotel. Check-in time should not be too late, poor guests...!

The hotel is quiet, the room is spooky, there is no TV, it's creaky, hm, and it's very far. But the pool is cool 👍🏻 but there is also an MC for hotel guests, it's 600,000, it should be free or half the price for outside guests.
