The room wa spacious, we are getting the view to the panderman hill. It was beautiful. Room was clean and with the HEPA filter, it really helps a lot to clean the air. So many breakfast options. Huge pool, kids playground, and beautiful scenery. Definitely I'd like to go back here again.

Nice hotel, good staff. The area of the hotel is amazing. But in the wellness and spa room, attention needs to be paid. Some areas are dirty, smelly, and dark. When going for breakfast, there is no salad and no meat, only one kind of fish curry and chicken. For a five-star hotel, I think it is not worth it. For soundproofing, it is still hearing some noise when other guests are walking in the corridor. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and enjoy for a family staycation.

It was very nice, hopefully I can stay here again. Suggestions for the receptionist next time if there is something left behind and when asked to check, don't rush to say there is nothing even though the check has not been maxed out. Luckily I was fussy and asked to be sure because it's impossible for my child's pillow to be left behind in the room and I haven't left the hotel and the check out process is still ongoing. But overall everything is very good, thank you.

no negative comments. clean, alert, everyone is friendly (greeted every time they pass by), good service, got early check in and even got a free room upgrade because the first room wasn't ready yet. my little brother wanted to buy gelato after dinner but it turned out to be closed but he was given a free small wallpn 🥰 sahur was also delivered on time. the warm water pool made my little brother dare to swim and dive in by himself 😄 allowed to join the national team's full-time viewing even though the restaurant was closed. the skydome hotel & restaurant have a really nice view. a little criticism on the skydome, maybe the food serving could be faster considering that yesterday our family went there to break the fast.

stayed during the fasting month, so I also tried the Pasar Tiban buffet breakfast menu. It tasted good, nothing failed, but in my opinion the live music was annoying. Sometimes we want to eat quietly while chatting, especially when breaking the fast with old friends who we haven't seen for a long time. Instead of chatting, our voices can't be heard. It's better to just use regular music via speakers, because it's too loud for children and makes them fussy and want to go home quickly. For hotels that are often visited by families, this kind of thing needs to be considered. My ears were really sore when I left the restaurant. Then when I was in the room I ordered the room service tom yam menu, it actually tasted okay. But my expectations were too high for a hotel like the Golden Tulip. It turned out that the tom yam only used instant seasoning, bottled sauce. There were no special spices in the tom yam. The fish also seemed to be gurami, right? and besides that, the contents were only fish balls, mushrooms (which smelled a bit) and shrimp. The restaurant menu was delicious but the room service menu was lacking, it could be improved in the future. Apart from that, the service is very good even though the distance from the room to the lobby is quite far.
