I stayed for 2 nights at Suite pool access with my family. The room was as expected. Very big, comfy, clean, and the Air cond was very good in working. I definitely will stay again in this resort. The stay also was very helpful especially Ms. Endang in receptionist. Thank you golden tulip jineng resort for the awesome experience.

Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful. But the room is not soundproof, very close to the busy road and very noisy, hardly to rest. The next day I moved to another room with a pool view, it's better, but again noise in midnight when a group of people near the pool were talking/laughing/screaming very loud, it was terrible. The mattress could be old, I felt itchy once contacted with the bed sheet, and couldn't sleep, so finally I slept on top of the bedcover and layered the bedsheet with clothes. Food taste at the restaurant could be better.

- the hotel location is easy to find, close to the airport
- the check in and out process is fast. Yesterday I arrived at the hotel at 12.30 and the room was ready so I could go straight in. Thank you golden 😘
- the room amenities are beyond doubt 😁
- the swimming pool water is quite warm for adults and warm for children. For those in the room the pool water is cold
- the breakfast menu is varied, 2 nights stay there are some menus that are changed so you don't get bored
- cleanliness is guaranteed, from morning to night meet men who clean the hotel environment continuously
The only thing that is very unfortunate, my husband lost Rp. 20,000 and glasses that were accidentally left on his motorbike 🤷♀️ that was also our negligence, but I didn't expect it to be lost in the hotel area even though in the tourist area the glasses are safe in the same place. Maybe they could have given CCTV in the parking area because at that time we were using a motorbike. Because it's not about the nominal but security and comfort.

the hotel is good, the room is also comfortable, only some of the furniture and wall paint are not good, the toilet is comfortable, it doesn't smell, the hot water is also okay, the breakfast is quite good, only the menu variants are not interesting and not very varied, there are only a few pastries and the buffet menu is also small, stayed for 2 nights without changing the menu so it was a bit boring heheheh, but overall the staff is friendly and super helpful, +100 for the staff

There was a slight problem because when we arrived at check-in time, the room was not ready. But after waiting for 45 minutes, we finally got a room and were upgraded to a really big Suite room. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in this room. Maybe the management can add mosquito repellent oil if they read it. Even though we were careful opening and closing the door. Here, by the way, there is no smart TV, so we were really at a loss as to what to do in the room. But overall, the room atmosphere is very comfortable. The breakfast menu is varied, 4 healthy 5 perfect.
