I only stayed here for 1 night and very enjoyed the hotel. what I loved from this hotel is the skypool and their breakfast menu. They have a lot of menu to try. View from skyline while we eat our breakfast was so refreshing. Taste of the food all great, no wonder if this hotel awarded with best food hotel back in 2019. The room was clean. All staff were friendly and informative. Will be back here for sure. Keep the good work!

Terrible. Paying a high price for a room that doesn't look like a 4 star at all. Parking is difficult, the room is dirty, the floor is dirty, the shower faucet is broken, there are no clean toilets here and there, the swimming pool/restaurant toilets smell, the lobby toilets are dirty and smelly. The room cleaning staff was told "later sir", they just opened the room key and opened the door. Don't blame me for being angry because I just opened the door while my wife and children were still sleeping. Luckily there were friendly restaurant and bar staff. Hotel management please fix this before setting prices and showing off photos that don't match the facts.

Hotel was great. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel needs to change and replace the bed sheets. Sheets are olds and worn out for 4 nights I stayed there with my Wife. Hotel also needs to fix the gym equipment. Treadmill needs fixing, put towels there, fix the lockers etc. overall good experience.
