This 5 stars hotel always be my first choice when stacation in Bandung-ofcourse when they offered promo price 😁. The room was clean, wide, & had cozyly lighting. I usually gave highest star reviews for this hotel, but in this last visiting I need to inform the hotel:- Cleaning time more than 2 pm was too late. When we were back from city tour & needed rest, the room was not ready yet. The cleaning team said that they had urgent request for cleaning VIP room, but we thought it should not spend 5 hours (duration we went out from hotel for city tour).

Ibu anisa from front desk is really helpful and solve my problem without hesitate. The hotel need to renovate here and there.

Saran untuk perbaikan yaitu: 1. Makanan jam 9.30 sudah habis dan Indomie juga sudah habis info nya belum belanja (padahal moment peak season lebaran) 2. Kamar kotor, Kasur sprei kurang bersih, tidak bisa cash hp klo lampu utama mati dan stop kontak hanya 2 (samping TV dan tempat water heater) 3. Fasilitas kolam renang anak terlalu kecil. 4. Kalo malam suara musik club terdengar sampai ke kamar dan kebetulan sy di lantai 5.
