Saya melakukan pemesanan kamar dari tgl 8 s. D. 13 April 2024 untuk orang tua saya. Pada hari H saya tidak bisa mendampingi untuk proses check-in. Orang Tua saya diantar oleh pengelola ruangan ke kamar, setiba di kamar tidak di informasikan bahwa dapat berpindah kamar/unit apabila tidak cocok dengan unit yang disediakan. Pada saat di dalam ruangan sudah terlalu banyak impresi buruk untuk lantai dan ruangan yang disediakan, detail sebagai berikut: 1. Lorong bau karena terlalu dekat dengan ruang pembuangan sampah dan ada aroma orang masak membuat hidung tidak nyaman. Kamar Tidak Layak Sewa karena: 2. Kamar bau apek. 3. Bed Cover bolong bolong dan lusuh. 4. Banyak kecoak berkeliaran. 5. Ruangan Non Smoking tapi banyak bekas Rokok. 6. Kursi Lusuh. 7. Tirai Kotor, Jorok. 8. Semprotan WC tidak bisa digunakan. 9. Laci Laci Kotor semua. 10. Tembok Tembok banyak cet dempulan. 11. Kamar Jorok tidak menggambarkan Grand Kamala Lagoon. Karena orang tua saya sudah tua dan capek untuk complain pada akhirnya langsung memutuskan untuk pindah penginapan pada tanggal 8. Pada tanggal 11 saya sebagai pemesan baru bisa mengurus untuk check out dan pengembalian kunci kamar, karena sudah lewat beberapa hari complain saya sebatas didengarkan saja dan tidak terdapat solusi. Seharusnya unit/kamar yang tidak layak untuk dihuni tidak diberikan kepada customer, ini cacatnya terlalu banyak sampai sampai customer malas untuk complain dan beranggapan semua kamar yang disediakan di Apartemen Grand Kamala Lagoon standard nya begini buruknya, hal ini merugikan pengelola kamar lainnya yang mungkin memiliki unit/kamar yang layak huni. Tidak sesuai advertisement, sebaiknya perlu dilakukannya audit untuk kelayakan huni dan kesamaan advertisement dengan keadaan sesungguhnya.

Apartemen ini recommended, proses check in mudah, kamar lumayan bersih wangi, TV sudah smart TV hanya bisa youtube, staff nya responsif saat kompor tidak menyala tidak lama dicek dan akhirnya bisa menyala (akhirnya bisa masak mie deh), view dari kamar cantik banget, kolam renang bersih, tempat gym bisa digunakan, di bawah ada mall jadi bisa beli makanan atau kebutuhan makanan buat masak di kamar. Overall oke.
